Confirmed

Fox News has reported that the Rifqa Bary family entered the U.S. in order to obtain medical care for Rifqa for an eye problem. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,565560,00.html

Boy, am I on the ball.

But, seriously now. This is a serious problem of aliens who enter on non-immigrant visas and overstay. And in this case why was a non-immigrant visa approved for the whole family to come because one member had medical needs. And who ended up paying for the treatment. I suspect that the taxpayers did as usually happens with aliens and illegal aliens. It also exposes the Department of Homeland Security as ineffecutal on the issue of overstaying aliens.

And more importantly, when is the Bary family going to be arrested? Someone want to contact Immigration and Customs Enforcement?
