CHICAGO — A controversial Muslim group has canceled its annual U.S. conference
after a suburban Chicago hotel backed out of hosting the event.
members of Hizb ut-Tahrir (HIZ-bhut-ah tuh-REER) had planned a 2010 conference
at the Chicago Marriott Oak Brook on Sunday.
But organizer Ayman Hamed
says the hotel sent a late cancellation notice without explanation. The hotel
didn't return calls for comment.
The self-described political
organization wants to establish a worldwide Islamic state. It's banned in Turkey
and other countries.
The group doesn't advocate violence and isn't
considered a terrorist organization by the U.S.
But several scholars
criticize the group's secretive workings. One has called it a "conveyor-belt to
By cancelling their convetion, Marriott is doing more damage to their conspiracy to overthrow the Constitution that ICE has done.
ICE claims that their primary mission is:
Priority 1. Aliens who pose a danger to national security or a risk
to public safety
The removal of aliens who pose a danger to
national security or a risk to public safety shall be ICE’s highest immigration enforcement priority. These aliens
include, but are not limited to: aliens engaged in or suspected of
terrorism or espionage, or who otherwise pose a danger to national
Here is a perfect target for ICE, an open criminal conspiracy of mostly aliens and naturalized U.S. citizens who openly advocate the overthrow of the Constitution of the United States, wholesale violations of the civil rights of non-Muslims, the subjegation of women and racial discrimination against non-Arabs. Hizb ut-Tahrir should be ICE's "Priority 1." It advocates and conspires to commit terrorism, sedition, treason and espionage. Why isn't ICE investigating Hizb ut-Tahrir as well as denaturalizing, arresting and deporting these aliens who pose a danger to national security? Acording to John Morton that is their primary responsibility. But the Marriott hotel chain is doing more to disrupt Hizb ut-Tahrir operations than ICE is doing. Because ICE is doing nothing despite the fact such terrorist supporters are ICE's "Priority 1."
