Another Hate Crime The Civil Rights Division Will Not Be Investigating

Anti-white hate crimes are rampant and not prosecuted by the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division (DOJ CRD), headed by professional Hispanic agitator Thomas Perez. Not just because whites are not Eric Holder's "people," because the Bush Regime had a policy of not prosecuting similar crimes against white people.

But there has been a convergence of the DOJ CRD anti-white bias, Islamophilia, and the Obama Regime DREAM Act Administrative Amnesty. (h/t Debbie Schlussel)

Terry Rakowski thought she was being helpful Sunday afternoon when she told the 21-year-old woman in the religious head covering and pink burqa that she was using the wrong door to get into Walmart.

Instead, the 39-year-old Palm Bay resident said the woman looked at her and spit in her face before she turned and rolled her cart into the store to go shopping.

"She just spit all over me. All I was trying to do was tell her she was coming in through the out door. She was just ramming it into the door," said Rakowski, who was with her husband.

"She then looked at me and said, "Yes I did," then walked off. . .this really bothered me last night. You just don't know what she might be capable of."

Now, Nuha Mohammed Al-Doaifi, a Saudi Arabian national, faces a battery with a hate crime enhancement charge after telling police she spit on several Walmart customers because, "Americans are pushing us around."

The hate crime enhancement means that the first-degree misdemeanor battery charge could be elevated to a third-degree felony, bringing a chance of greater punishment if convicted, prosecutors said.

"Her actions were directed at random people based on their ethnicity, and that's according to her own statement," said Yvonne Martinez, spokeswoman for the Palm Bay Police Department.

Palm Bay police were called about 1 p.m. Sunday to the Walmart store at 1040 Malabar Road to investigate reports of a disturbance involving Al-Doaifi.

Witnesses said Al-Doaifi, accompanied by her 2-year-old son, also spit at another customer who apparently got too close to her. The spittle missed in that case, police said.

Workers at the store were notified and immediately called police.

Several patrol officers approached Al-Doaifi to talk in the store and asked her why she resorted to spitting at customers.

She was arrested and booked into the Brevard County Detention Center in Sharpes where she remained jailed on a $6,000 bond late Monday. Al-Doaifi's family members would not comment on the case when contacted by FLORIDA TODAY.

And here is the DREAM Act Administrative Amnesty angle:

Al-Doaifi had attended Florida Tech in Melbourne, but her enrollment ended in spring, officials reported.

"She's also had an incident with one of her Florida Tech professors," Martinez said. "She also spit at the professor. They have initiated procedures to have her sent back to Saudi Arabia."

Students who complete their course of study have 90 days to pack up and return home, but it is not clear whether this happened this spring or last spring. However, if she stops attending classes and fails to follow the course of study, she is required to leave immediately.

It is clear that this is another anti-white hate crime ignored by Eric Holder and Thomas Perez. But like most illegal alien students, she will be allowed to remain for the upcoming amnesty.

What is very interesting is what she said when confronted by the police officers. I am betting that she spewed vile racist hatred, well technically religious hatred, but that is good enough for a racism charge, as that is what the left defines as racism. I wonder why FLORIDA TODAY did not report what she said. It certainly exposes FT as a politically correct media outlet.
