Obama Regime Admits DREAMers Remain Illegal Aliens

In a stunning and surprising admission, the Obama Regime has quietly announced that DREAM Act Administrative Amnesty receipients remain what they always were, illegal aliens.

The Miami Herald August 20, 2012, By John Dorschner

After huge publicity in June sparked by President Barack Obama’s declaration that 800,000 young undocumented immigrants could remain and work in the United States, his administration quietly issued a rule this week declaring that these immigrants can’t benefit from the healthcare reform law.

The Department of Health and Human Services released a rule amendment to clarify that the Affordable Care Act, which offers coverage to those “lawfully present” in the United States, did not apply to those mentioned in Obama’s June declaration.

The amendment means that the undocumented immigrants will not be able to join the Pre-Existing Condition Plan for high-risk patients and the healthcare exchanges being established to help people and small businesses obtain cheaper rates. The immigrants will also not be able to get into state-federal programs such as Medicaid, the health insurance for the poor, or the Children’s Health Insurance Program.

Why? Because Obamacare prohibits illegal aliens from participating in the system.

The reason is that, in an attempt to get support from conservatives for the reform bill in 2010, Democratic lawmakers promised that undocumented immigrants would not benefit from the act.

And because despite the unlawfully received Employment Authorization Document, the DREAMer illegal aliens are just that, illegal aliens.

Obama’s June announcement affected immigrants under 31 who were brought into the United States illegally as children. His move did not formally grant them residency or permanent legal status, but allowed them to stay and work in the country.

That action, HHS decided, did not mean these immigrants were “lawfully present.” On Monday, it issued a 12-page amendment to the reform act regulations “so that the program does not inadvertently expand the scope” of the act.

The impact of this admission is stunning, though perhaps not so stunning because to allow the illegal aliens into the Obamacare system would be bad publicity.  Obviously the Regime will change their tune after November 4.   It undermines any defense the Obama Regime has against the lawsuit by ICE officers against the illegal actions by the Regime, as well as undermining the claim by "One Bill Gil" Cedillo who wants to give illegal aliens in California driver's licenses based on the claim that the DREAMers were legalized.  But, in fact, they remain illegal aliens.  In law terms, they have not been either admitted, paroled or adjusted in the United States.  Which makes the EAD issued by the Regime to the DREAMers illegal.

Someone let Kris Kobach know about this admission against interest by the Regime.

Deportation Fraud Confirmed

Lamar Smith, not a RINO, has confirmed what this blog reported all along.  The so-called "record" number of removals of aliens is no record at all.  The Regime has fraudulently included 72,000 aliens captured by the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) in the number of removals by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Enforcement and Removal Operations (ICE ERO).

The Washington Times August 23, 2012 by Stephan Dinan

The Republican chairman of the House Judiciary Committee is charging that the Obama administration has “falsified” deportation records to artificially boost numbers — a move critics of the Homeland Security Department have long suspected.
Rep. Lamar Smith, the Texan who runs the committee, said the Obama administration has for the past several years been mixing some Border Patrol apprehensions with the deportation statistics from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the agency chiefly responsible for interior enforcement and for deporting aliens.

His investigation found that when the Border Patrol numbers are subtracted, deportations actually have gone down every year since Mr. Obama first took office in 2009, dropping from about 395,000 that year to about 330,000 in 2011.

And 2012 is shaping up to have even fewer deportations once the Border Patrol figures are subtracted, the committee said.

“It is dishonest to count illegal immigrants apprehended by the Border Patrol along the border as ICE removals,” Mr. Smith said. “These ‘removals’ from the Border Patrol program do not subject the illegal immigrant to any penalties or bars for returning to the U.S. This means a single illegal immigrant can show up at the border and be removed numerous times in a single year — and counted each time as a removal.”

Removals, or in the old days, deportations, by the two separate agencys, the USBP and the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service, Detention and Deportation prior to the creation of the Department of Homeland Security, as well as the current USBP and ICE ERO, have always been tabulated separately, as the aliens are removed under separate sections of the law and under different proceedures.  It was clearly an attempt by the Regime to game the system by transfering aliens captured by the USBP to ICE ERO only to have those same aliens removed by ICE ERO using the same proceedures and laws used to deal with aliens captured at the border and not processed for removal through the Executive Office for Immigration Review, e.g. the immigration courts.

And the effect for the Regime is doubled.  They can claim that apprehensions on the border by the USBP are down, implying that fewer illegal aliens are entering or attempting to enter, and at the same time fraudulently inflate the removals by ICE ERO, implying that the Regime is aggressively removing aliens. All part of the fraud that resulted in the Administrative Amnesty and the DREAM Act Amnesty which the Regime rationalizes with its non-record "record" number of removals.

Lies packed upon deceit.

Chipotle Admits Dependance On Illegal Aliens

Chipotle representative Mike Crumpacker bragged recently that Chipotle has eschewed high technology to improve its customer service, claiming it likes a "human interaction."

USA Today August 16, 2012 by Jefferson Graham

DENVER – Mark Crumpacker would love to find technology that helps speed the line at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where he serves as chief marketing officer.

Like others in similar positions, he's got a wide palette of gee-whiz technologies at his disposal — tablets for ordering, mobile payment systems, in-store ATM-like machines for ordering that replace cashiers. Yet he eschews most of them. He's in no rush for tech to dramatically change the Chipotle experience at its more than 1,300 stores worldwide.

He hasn't found the perfect solution yet. And, besides, he likes the human interaction.
By human they mean illegal alien though.  Chipotle's default business practice is based on cheap illegal alien labor plain and simple, much like most farmers, who oppose technological innovation in harvesting and planting crops.  It is as much as the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty is part of Obama's War on White America.

ICE SVU Not Arresting Alien Voters

The Secretary of State of Colorado, Scott Gessler, not a RINO, recently announced the results of an investigation into alien voting in the Centennial State, and, as usual, alien voting was discovered. (h/t Election Law Center)

The report detailed identified 4,000 possible aliens who are registered to vote, many of whom have voted.

A news story has the details:

Fox 31 August 16, 2012 by Eli Stokols
Gessler Asks 4,000 Voters To Prove They Can Legally Vote
DENVER – Secretary of State Scott Gessler announced Thursday afternoon that his office has mailed letters to 4,000 Colorado voters asking them to prove that they’re legal citizens and eligible to vote.
The letter asks those who are non-citizens to voluntarily remove themselves from the state’s voter rolls.
“We identified a gaping hole in our voter roll integrity, and this effort will better protect our elections,” Gessler said in a statement. “We know there is a problem, and I am unwilling to accept fraud in our elections.”

Democrats were outraged, not that aliens were presumably voting for them, but at the investigation itself.

Gessler, with his continued focus on eliminating voter fraud, has become a top target of Colorado Democrats, who believe the Republican is engaging in a less than subtle effort to reduce the number of minorities who actually vote in an effort to help GOP candidates.

At the same time, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's inappropriately named Homeland Security Investigations (ICE HSI), was ignoring illegal voting by aliens and chasing after child porn:

The Observer August 18, 2012
70-year Sentence
Dunkirk man heads to prison for child pornography
BUFFALO - U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced Friday that Roger S. Luczkowiak, 32, of Dunkirk, who was convicted of production of child pornography and possession of child pornography, was sentenced to 70 years in prison and lifetime supervised release by Chief U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny...
The sentencing is the culmination of an investigation on the part of Agents of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, under the direction of James C. Spero, Special Agent-In-Charge; the Dunkirk Police Department, under the direction of Chief David C. Ortolano, the New York State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, under the direction of Captain Frank A. Pace, and the Chautauqua County District Attorney's Office, under the direction of David Foley. Additional assistance was provided by the Western New York Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory, which conducted the forensic analysis of the defendant's computer.

So, why was ICE HSI involved at all in this investigation?  There was the Dunkirk Police Department and the New York State Police to perform the investigation and the U.S. Department of Justice funded and FBI led Western New York Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory to executed the more difficult computer examination.  What was ICE SVU's contribution?  Did they not have other work to do?  Are there not alien voters in New York State?  Why not transfer those ICE SVU Special Agents to Colorado where there is immigration law enforcement to be done?

Well, we know why.  ICE SVU is part of the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty and War On White America; making certain the new people the Regime is electing are able to vote.  They don't want any problems for aliens when they vote themselves amnesty and welfare benefits.

ICE HSI Finds Another Fraudulent University

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations (ICE HSI) is supposed to be the investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  It also has a regulatory function regarding learning institutions authorized to enroll foreign students and is required by law to adjudicate applications by those institutes of higher learning and vocational training to issue Form I-20A-B, Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1) Student Status-For Academic and Language Students.  But ICE pays no attention to that significant responsibility and rubber stamps such applications without an inspection or any meaningful review, as it did with Tri-Valley University and the University of Northern Virginia.  The law requires a physical inspection as well as accreditation as an institute of high learning for those colleges and universities seeking I-20 issuing authority.  However ICE has completely failed to inspect said institutions and as a consequence fraud is rampant.  Most fraud in this arena is by Chinese immigrants, like Susan Su, Jerry Wang and Daniel Ho, aimed at mainly Chinese and Indian students.

After approving and allowing Herguan University in 2008 to enroll aliens in the F-1 student visa category, ICE HSI suddenly found 4 years later that it was a diploma mill selling enrollment and subsequent benefits, such as employment authorization, to a mainly Indian clientele.
San Jose Mercury News August 2, 2012 by Lisa M. Krieger and Molly Vorwerck

Striking a blow at a Silicon Valley school that attracted foreigners with student visas, federal agents on Thursday raided Sunnyvale's Herguan University and charged its CEO with visa fraud.
The indictment marks the second time federal officials have ensnared a Bay Area university in a growing effort to catch up with schools that allegedly rake in millions of dollars as so-called visa mills.
Herguan University leader Jerry Wang, 32, was arrested Thursday at his home in Santa Clara and charged in a 15-count indictment that could send him to prison for up to 23 years and amount to more than $1 million in fines.
The charges come a year after an investigation by this newspaper found Herguan was among a group of Bay Area schools -- including Pleasanton's now-shuttered Tri-Valley University -- that misrepresented information on federal applications, which allowed them to sponsor overseas students for coveted visas.
In the case of Tri-Valley, federal agents allege the unaccredited school had been paid millions of dollars by foreigners to obtain student visas that authorized them to remain in the U.S.
Thursday's indictment said Wang and others at Herguan submitted false documents, false transfer letters and made false statements to federal regulators.
And as in the case of Tri-Valley University where the alien students were active paticipants in the fraud scheme, ICE HSI has failed again to arrest the alien students.

The case could throw into question the immigration status for about 450 students enrolled at Herguan, most natives of India...

Herguan was closed Thursday but Friberg said it would reopen Friday. Students may continue to attend classes so long as the school stays certified.
But if it closes, they must try to immediately enroll in an accredited school to maintain their legal status -- or go home, empty-handed, after spending thousands of dollars toward what they hoped would be an American degree.

And the fraud was quite obvious, the so-called university was co-located with a acupuncture and massage school:
Wang is also CEO of the University of East-West Medicine, which shares a newly renovated two-story office building on Lawrence Expressway with Herguan University. The indictment didn't specifically allege problems at the other school.
ICE HSI, ever the political agency, had a hands off policy because Wang was closely connected to local leftist Asian politicians and one-time illegal alien Arnold Schwartzenkennedy:

Until last year, the school's lobby was decorated with photos of Wang with former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and commendations from U.S. Rep. Mike Honda, D-San Jose, among others.
It is abundantly clear that a "university" that offers only two majors is not a real institution of higher learning.  And like Tri-Valley University and the University of Northern Virginia, it was unaccredited, but falsely claimed its units were transferable.

The newspaper's 2011 investigation showed Herguan sent letters to immigration authorities from three accredited colleges, including Silicon Valley University and Northwestern Polytechnic University, promising to accept Herguan's credits. But representatives from those schools told this newspaper last year that they did not write such letters.

And it took a newspaper to find out that documents that Herguan University submitted were fraudulent.  ICE never made an effort to verify any information that came from an obviously fraudulent university.

Of course, ICE HSI's solution was a years long investigation that continues to allow Herguan to issue Form I-20s to aliens who will never leave the United States, just as those Tri-Valley University students are still here.

Even worse, these students are the dregs of the fraud ridden Indian educational system unable to gain entry into even California's mediocre State University system or the network of accredited private universities that are desperate for students, and they will now be driving down wages for the Pirates of Silicon Valley with their EADs courtesy of ICE HSI.  Which, by the way, was the purpose of Susan Su, she was selling entry to America and an EAD card to her Indian students, just as it was the purpose of Jerry Wang. As it was with Daniel Ho at University of Northern Virginia.  But in the aliens always win in the end courtesy of ICE HSI.  Which, by the way, is completely ignoring fraud by aliens who submit applications for benefits in the San Francisco area.

Color Of Law = Illegal Alien

Like many other terms used in the immigration arena, such as "deferred enforced departure," "indefinate voluntary departure," "deferred action,"  "parole in place," or other fictions of immigration law, "color of law" is another widely abused and fiction created by the radical left as part of an ongoing administrative amnesty extending back decades.  And as with the new DREAM Act Administrative Amnesty recently implemented, which, by the way, this blog initially identified and which U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) stated would only benefit approximately 50,000 illegal aliens, but will reach to over 2 million illegal aliens plus their extended families.

Co-blogger Nicholas Stix has brought the "color of law" issue to the forefront with his excellent posting on Mittens' failure to stand up to the amnesty and how Jan "The Man" Brewer is not just talking but acting on the DREAM Act Administrative Amnesty and working to shut it down.

Nicholas Stix Uncensored  August 17, 2012 by Nicholas Stix

“I believe the Obama administration is going to come out and say we’re changing the notes and tones of our directive, and say these kids are here under the color of law and protected by US immigration laws and due process, and/or they have a specific nonvisa [sic.] immigrant category that allows them to have a driver’s license,” Arizona immigration attorney Jose Penalosa told KSAZ-TV on Thursday.
The problem for Comrade Penalosa though is that "color of law" has no actual legal meaning, as it has no legal basis in any actual legislation passed by Congress.  Like "deferred action," there is no legal basis.  "Color of law" was created by implementing regulations over a period of years, and used to confuse the identification of aliens in the United States legally, with those here illegally. Such as here where the Social Security Administration justifies Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments to illegal aliens by confuting parolees and refugees with illegal aliens being ignored by DHS and allowed to remain illegally in the United States.

The operative principle being that the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) years ago adopted its own Administrative Amnesty for certain groups of aliens the legacy INS determined it would not take action against; in effect commiting non-feasance and for the employees involved, violating their Oath of Office.

In fact, "color of law" is a status for those who have no status so as to administer welfare benefits.

This non-feasance in its most blatant form, though the new Department of Homeland Security official policy.  In fact, there are only two statuses for aliens lawfully present; aliens admitted to the United States and maintaining their lawful status and those aliens paroled into the United States.  All other aliens are in the U.S. illegally.  These are the only two statuses no matter what nonsense is spouted by Comrade Penalosa.  The illegal aliens he represents have no status nor any "nonvisa [sic.]  immigration catagory" and consequently no right to a driver's license or a welfare check.

And Jan Brewer is correct as reported by Nicky Stix:

Undocumented immigrants "are here illegally and unlawfully in the state of Arizona, and it's already been determined that you're not allowed to have a driver's license if you are here illegally," the governor said in a press conference. "The Obama amnesty plan doesn't make them legally here."

Despite the fact that the Regime is granting this group of illegal aliens an Employment Authorization Document (EAD), those illegal aliens remain illegal aliens as they were not adjusted to a immigration status nor paroled.  The illegal aliens are still subject to arrest and deportation.
This is not to mention that the issuance of the EADs and the so-called "deferred action" are both illegal as pointed out by Mark Kikorkian:
Brewer's order “is a broader challenge to the federal government, because this [Obama] order, this policy, is clearly illegal,” says Mark Krikorian, director of the Center for Immigration Studies, which advocates stronger immigration laws and enforcement. “It’s trying to set up a confrontation that will focus not just on Governor Brewer’s order but on the illegality of the president’s policy."

"In a way, I think they’re kind of hoping that the Justice Department will sue them before the election,” he says.
One hopes so.  It is sad that the Governor of Arizona is doing the work of the RINOs in Congress led by John Beohner and the spineless Mittens.

Fat Welfare Cheat Wants Her Sum Gub'mint Cheeze

An obviously overweight welfare recipient who considers her fellow Americans responsible for the consequences of her sexual activity is upset that her free government cheese has been cut off.  Suprisingly she is white, married and her husband is employed.  The immigration link is that he is a drywall installer, a profession under assault by illegal aliens.  But still Emily Cox has no shame.  Perhaps she should be eating less so her chiluns can eat more.

Livingston Daily August 8, 2012

Loyal Maberry-Cox, 3, likes cheese.
He and his older brother, Noble, 5, snack on it during the day. Their mother, Emily Cox, grates it up on salads or tops spaghetti with cheese.

The Strafford family receives financial help from Women, Infants and Children. The federal program provides nutritional assistance to low-income families with infants, young children and women who are pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding. Emily Cox receives vouchers each month for up to $57.33 to buy food such as milk, eggs, beans and peanut butter.

Her children aren’t eating much cheese these days. In mid-April, the WIC program in Missouri eliminated cheese from its list of foods for young children and some women.

“It was kind of a shock, but we’re dealing with it,” Cox said.

Of interest though is the strange names the couple gave their children, Noble and Loyal, clearly imitating the trend of identifying the unemployable by blacks in this country with inane names.  Probably pagans as well.  Those might be appropriate names for a Roman, but clearly post-Christian, hence the ready acceptance of welfare.  And that is hardly noble.  I would not be surprised if they are some of the few heterosexual white Obama voters.
Stupid is as stupid does.

Remember, You Were Warned

Now that the DREAM Act Admininstrative Amnesty has officially been implemented today is important to realize that you were warned and RINOs have done nothing about it.  Think long and hard about the situation.

One of the themes of my blog is the warning it brings, like Cassandra or the Prophets of ancient Israel, of the coming dictatorship as it manifests itself in the area of immigration; whether it be Clinton, Bush, Obama or the kritarchists.  The dictatorship is coming and it can been seen in the arena of immigration.

Take heed.

The Real Motive Of Civil Rights Groups

The ACLU is teaming up with the racist reconquista group LULAC to fight efforts by Matt Schultz, the Secretary of State, to purge and prosecute aliens who vote in Iowa.  Schultz will be using various databases of aliens to cross reference with Iowa voting registration records.  If a match appears, an investigation will be initiated.

However, the ACLU and LULAC don't want an investigation, much less a purge of alien voters.

Groups Sue To Block Iowa Voter Purge, Fraud Rules
IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) — Civil rights activists filed a lawsuit Wednesday seeking to block Iowa's Republican secretary of state from enacting rules to purge foreign nationals from Iowa's voter registration list and make it easier to file allegations of voter fraud.
The American Civil Liberties Union and the League of United Latin American Citizens accused Secretary of State Matt Schultz of abusing his power in a plot to disenfranchise Latinos and other voters ahead of the presidential election in Iowa, a key battleground state.

"To begin a purge of registered voters so close to the fall elections is unconscionable," said Joseph Enriquez Henry, state director of LULAC, a Latino and Hispanic civil rights and advocacy group.

Now there is no purge of voters, there is just a series of investigative steps and an appeal process for those who claim they really are citizens:

Schultz issued emergency rules on July 20 — without any public notice or input — giving his office authority to compare Iowa's list of 2.1 million registered voters against lists of foreign nationals living in Iowa obtained from unspecified state and federal agencies. The rules say any matches should be turned over to investigators to determine whether they are the same person and whether they are still non-U.S. citizens who should be ineligible to vote.

If they are thought to be ineligible voters, Schultz's office will send notice telling them they may be illegally registered, a class D felony, and should cancel their registrations immediately. They would be given 14 days to dispute the notice; if they fail to do so, Schultz's office would take steps to remove them from the list. The rules instruct local elections officials to challenge any absentee ballots filed by such voters and to send in their prior voting histories to Schultz's office.
The ACLU is curiously concerned about allegations from the public, apparently under the impression that is the problem, not the illegal voting by aliens.

Ben Stone, executive director of the ACLU, said the rules do not even specify which lists of foreign nationals would be used to remove voters, so there's no way to know whether they are accurate. He also said state law requires those making allegations of voter fraud to sign sworn statements, a requirement the emergency rules remove.
LULAC, of course, makes a baseless allegation of racism, which is more reflective of LULAC's and Henry's racism rather than the imagined racism of Schultz:

Henry, the LULAC official, said that he believed the purge would erroneously identify Latinos in Iowa, especially new citizens and those with last names similar to foreign nationals.
It should be readily apparent to Henry that a new citizen would have a freshly minted Form N-550, Certificate of Naturalization, if those "Latinos" were new citizens.

It is clear that the ACLU and LULAC are flagrantly lying to the public to futher their agenda of aliens illegally voting.  Any person falsely flagged as an alien can immediately present documentary evidence of their citizenship. It is clear that the ACLU and LULAC are engaging in a conspiracy to violate laws prohibiting aliens from voting by their public interference and basesless lawsuits against enforcement action.  They should be legally held accountable for their crimes.

It's Not Profiling But The Profile

In interesting news, Australian airlines are profiling male passengers out of concern to prevent unaccompanied minors from being molested.  The radical left is up in arms about this profile.

The Age August 13, 2012 by Bridie Jabour
Nurse 'Humiliated' By Qantas Policy

A nurse was made to feel as if he had a sign that read "kiddie fiddler" over his head after he was moved away from a young girl on a Qantas flight, he said.
Daniel McCluskie said he had a similar experience to a firefighter on a Virgin Australia flight when he was made to switch seats with a woman because he was sitting next to an unaccompanied child.
Qantas has defended its policy, saying it is consistent with that of other airlines around the world and reflects parents' concerns.
Mr McCluskie, 31, is a senior nurse at the local health district in Wagga Wagga and was flying from the city to Sydney in June when he said he was humiliated by the cabin crew.
After the plane was in the air and the meals had been served, Mr McCluskie said he went to the back of the aircraft to ask why he had been moved and was told it was the policy of Qantas not to have men sit next to unaccompanied children.

The reporterette seemed apparently unconcerned, even though if she were profiled because of her Arab last name, I would bet there would be screams of concern about profiling.

Interestingly enough, the SF Weekly reported a case where profiling would have worked.  Black crime is well known to the world, but United Airlines refused to profile an obvious risk, a young white female placed in range of a black immigrant male.  And the obvious happened.  And the article was practically screaming for profiling of men.

SF Weekly June 15, 2009 by Ashley Harrell
Predators Are Free To Move About The Cabin

The daughter hugged her mother very tightly and started to cry. The mother cried, too, even before she learned that her daughter had allegedly been molested by a man seated next to her on the plane. The man, a widely known pastor from Uganda, has thousands of worshippers in churches he built across Africa, in addition to a radio station, ties to American politicians and spiritual leaders (Pat Robertson included), and an orphanage in Uganda where 1,000 abandoned children reside.

Of course the homosexualist rag thought the profile was those evil Christians with their heterosexual child molestation.  Had this been a homosexual molestation, there would be no crying foul.  And the reporterette seemed to relish the monies paid out by the airlines for not being the sex police.  And it is only briefly that she mentions a possible homosexual angle on the molestation:

In going over the news stories, court documents, and FBI reports on the molestation cases, certain patterns begin to emerge. The predators were all adult males, although they did not fit any other stereotype. One was a computer consultant from India. Two were Hasidic Jews. Another was a world-renowned hairdresser from Savannah, Georgia.

What we do learn though is that it is not profiling that we should be worried about, but that the profile should be accurate.  No immigrants on planes, no male hair-dressers, etc.  Leave the white firefighters alone and concentrate on the problem, just as hijacking is a problem confined to people with certain last names...or religions.

Patriotic Immigrants? Not!

More proof, as if more is needed, of the lack of patriotism of today's immigrants to the United States.  Mexican immigrant Leo Manzano won a silver medal in a track event, but during his victory lap, instead of waving the American flag, he took up both the American and Mexican flags for his display of patriotism upon his partial victory.

Yahoo Sports! by Chris Chase August 10, 2012
American Athlete Under Fire For Carrying Mexican Flag
A U.S. athlete is under fire by some in the Mexican-American community for carrying a Mexican flag after winning a silver medal in the 1,500 meters.
Leo Manzana, a Mexican immigrant who became the first American man to win a medal in the metric mile since 1968, draped himself in the flags of both his countries after his race at Olympic Stadium. That decision earned some cheers, but mostly jeers from Mexican-Americans.

So egregious is that even Reconquista RINO Ruben "The Sandwich" Navarrette criticized Manzano's actions, though undoubtedly because The Sandwich considered it a gaffe; a gaffe being when a politician or in this case an immigrant, lets the truth slip out.

CNN by Ruben "The Sandwich" Navarrette August 10, 2012
U.S. Olympic Athlete, Mexican Flag?
San Diego (CNN) -- Every few years, I reassess how I feel about Mexican-Americans who wave Mexican flags. Much of it has to do with who is doing the waving and under what circumstances.
In 2006, I wrote a column saying it was a bad idea for immigration reform advocates to wave Mexican flags as they marched through U.S. cities such as Phoenix, Chicago, Dallas and Los Angeles. It's illogical to show your allegiance to one country while demanding accommodation from another.
But in 2007, I penned another column after attending a Luis Miguel concert in Las Vegas where fans of the Mexican singer unfurled Mexican flags. Nothing wrong with that, I concluded.
You see, patriotism is relative, or as they say in cultural anthropology, situational.  For The Sandwich, patriotism is like morals, they need to suit the times, or the situation.  No absolutes here.

But then like a stopped clock being correct twice a day, The Sandwich actually says something intelligent and patriotic:

Now, thanks to U.S. Olympic medalist Leo Manzano, and what I consider to be the misguided and ill-mannered way he chose to celebrate his silver medal in the 1500-meters final, I get the chance to think through the subject of flag-waving once again.
After Manzano finished his race and secured his medal, he did what athletes typically do at the Olympics. He held up his country's flag -- the Stars and Stripes.
The 27-year-old was born in Mexico, but the United States is his country now. His father migrated here illegally from the city of Dolores Hidalgo. Manzano was brought here when he was 4. Like most immigrants, they came in search of greater opportunity. And they found it -- for themselves, and their children...
Leo, con todo respeto (with all due respect), you should be proud of your accomplishment. You deserve it. But when you're an Olympic athlete, you don't get to have your cake and eat it, too. Sooner or later, you have to choose which country you're going to represent. And you did. You made that choice, when you put on the jersey for Team USA.
It wasn't unlike the choice your parents made when they chose the United States over Mexico a quarter century ago. They voted with their feet. It would be nice if you haven't left your heart behind.
This country took you in during your hour of need. Now in your moment of glory, which country deserves your respect -- the one that offered nothing to your parents and forced them to leave or the one that took you all in and gave you the opportunity to live out your dreams?
The answer should be obvious.

But for Mexicans that answer is not obvious.  Their first instinct is Mexico first, last, and always.  The Sandwich even hits on that, but either does not realize it, or, more likely, makes another gaffe:

I remember that, in 1992, Mexican-American boxer Oscar De La Hoya held up both the U.S. and Mexican flags after winning a gold medal in Barcelona. But that was largely symbolic since De La Hoya was born in the United States. He wasn't an immigrant caught between two countries.

There The Sandwich lets it slip.  Even Mexicans born here think of Mexico first, last, and always.  We don't need immigrants like Manzano or their descendants born here like De La Hoya.  Go back from whence you came if, as The Sandwich says, you are so emotionally connected with such a failure of a country as Mexico.

It is not limited to Mexicans though.  Chinese immigrants are just as bad.  Whether it is Lang Lang, Ted Lieu, Leland Yee, Philip He, Norman Yee, or Ed Lee, patriotism from these immigrants and the descendants of immigrants is sorely lacking.  Their first instinct is China, first, last, and always.  It should have been a clarion call for Americans to see Chinese "Americans" lining up to kowtow to Hu Jintao.

There is an assimilation problem and it is worse than ever.

Sexting: Welcome To ICE SVU

Once upon a time John Morton, head of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), stated that ICE's priorities were terrorists, criminal aliens, recently entered illegal aliens, and absconders.  However, in fact, the investigative arm of ICE, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), has decided that immigration and customs law enforcement is beneath it.  It has established its own priority, child porn and sexting.  Sexting is the sending of pornographic pictures, usually of the sender, to another person.  It is widespread among minors and symptomatic of a culture sexualized by radical leftists in Hollywood and Bill Clinton's example of the pre-sexting trend he started among minors with oral sex defined as not sex, with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.

But for whatever reason, sexting is the new ICE HSI priority.  It is of course unrelated to the important issues of illegal alien terrorists, one of ICE's priorities, whom Janet Reno Napalitano, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, has admitted routinely cross the border.

Rochester (I say Rochester) Democrat and Chronicle August 8, 2012

An Ontario County man has been convicted and sentenced to five years in prison for receiving emailed explicit photos of a 13-year-old girl on his cellphone.
Chad Crowley, 27, of Clifton Springs, was convicted of the receipt of child pornography and sentenced to 60 months in prison and 10 years supervised release, federal prosecutors said Wednesday.
In February 2011, Crowley exchanged sexually explicit text messages with a 13-year-old girl. The messages included sexually explicit images the defendant received from the girl. Crowley knew the girl was a minor, prosecutors said...
The sentencing is the culmination of an investigation on the part of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, New York State Police, and the Ontario County District Attorney’s Office.
Why, pray tell, was ICE HSI involved at all?  Is the Ontario County Sheriff's Office or the New York State Police so incompetant that they cannot investigate a simple case of sexting?  Are there not Muslim immigrant terrorists that ICE HSI has not uncovered?  We know they have missed many, such as Najibullah Zazi, Faisal Shahzad, the Kentucky Iraqi Terrorists, the Denver Uzbek Terrorists, or the Portland Christmas Tree Lighting terrorist.  What of the hundreds of murders, rapes, and robberies commited by aliens ICE has released?  How about tracking them down and proscecuting them?  But no, ICE HSI, the investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security, not the Special Victims Unit or Sex Crimes Unit of a police department, has decided that immigration and customs law enforcement is just not its responsibility.  Why not just change its name to DHS SVU?

Prominent Opponent Of Profiling Comes To Jesus

At least regarding those evil white men rampaging across the world and this country.  Spencer Ackerman, a prominent defender of radical Islam in the United States and vocal opponent of profiling of Muslim males between the ages of 18 and 40, is gleefully dancing in the blood of the Sihk temple shooting, suddenly getting religion on profiling, but that of white male American veterans.  Why, because that profile is a profile he agrees with.  The other profiles not so much.

Danger Room Blog August 7, 2012 by Spencer Ackerman

Daryl Johnson had a sinking feeling when he started seeing TV reports on Sunday about a shooting in a Wisconsin temple. “I told my wife, ‘This is likely a hate crime perpetrated by a white supremacist who may have had military experience,’” Johnson recalls.
It was anything but a lucky guess on Johnson’s part. He spent 15 years studying domestic terrorist groups — particularly white supremacists and neo-Nazis — as a government counterterrorism analyst, the last six of them at the Department of Homeland Security. There, he even homebrewed his own database on far-right extremist groups on an Oracle platform, allowing his analysts to compile and sift reporting in the media and other law-enforcement agencies on radical and potentially violent groups.
But Johnson’s career took an unexpected turn in 2009, when an analysis he wrote on the rise of “Right-Wing Extremism” (.pdf) sparked a political controversy. Under pressure from conservatives, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) repudiated Johnson’s paper — an especially bitter pill for him to swallow now that Wade Michael Page, a suspected white supremacist, killed at least six people at a Sikh temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. For Johnson, the shooting was a reminder that the government’s counterterrorism efforts are almost exclusively focused on al-Qaida, even as non-Islamist groups threaten Americans domestically.
“DHS is scoffing at the mission of doing domestic counterterrorism, as is Congress,” Johnson tells Danger Room. “There’ve been no hearings about the rising white supremacist threat, but there’s been a long list of attacks over the last few years. But they still hold hearings about Muslim extremism. It’s out of balance.” But even if that balance was reset, he concedes, that doesn’t necessarily mean the feds could have found Page before Sunday’s rampage.
It appears that both Ackerman and Johnson have an agenda, and it doesn't include 9/11, Fort Hood, the Little Rock Army Recruiter shooting, the Lackawana Six, the Fort Dix conspiracy, or the Times Square Bomber, etc.  The terrorist threat is from neo-Nazis and the Klan.  Islam is a religion of peace and no evidence to the contrary is allowed.

But in a small part they are correct.  There are neo-Nazis/racists out there who are willing and able to commit terrorism.  And since the shooting at the Sikh Temple in Wisconsin, it has been pointed out by Peter Brimelow and others that the FBI or others were watching Wade Michael Page.  Which is interesting, as he clearly fit a profile of a neo-Nazi killer.  And since it is clear from reading between the lines that the FBI or others profiled Page based on nothing other than his racist views, his internet use, and his singing career, it is evident proof that profiling works.

Of course, in this instence there was nothing that the FBI could do, as we don't have preventive detention  for those accused of racism, yet.  Obviously law enforcement cannot follow around 24/7 everyone they profile; profiles have  limitations.

However, it does tell us that the initial reaction after 9/11 by the United States government to profile, through a Special Registration program, every male alien between certain ages from certain countries, the countries basically being an indicator of Muslims, and requiring those persons to appear in person to be fingerprinted and interviewed, was correct.  Profiles work.  However, distinct from profiling U.S. citizens, of whom not much can be done if they fit a profile, profiled aliens can be arrested and deported.  Interestingly, most of the special registrants after 9/11 were illegal aliens, but few were actually deported.  For most special registration was a boon, as most received green cards afterward.

Of course similar profiling would work more effectively by refusing entry or deporting those aliens who fit the Muslim terrorist profile, but that is not the point.  The point is that the profiling works, on neo-Nazis and on Muslim terrorists.  It also works on drug dealers, drug mules, and illegal aliens.

Even of more concern though is why would DHS be concerned about domestic terrorism?  DHS' mission is the protection of America through border control and interior immigration enforcement.  The neo-Nazi crowd is basically American citizens with no issues regarding customs or immigration law.  DHS, Johnson and Ackerman are out of line foisting domestic terrorism investigations on DHS' already over-crowded investigative plate.  It should however be very concerned about Muslim terrorism, since most are aliens, well within the jurisdiction of DHS' investigative arm, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations.  But they are not concerned.  But in the end, the FBI is tasked by law with preventing and investigating all types of terrorism, domestic and international.  DHS needs to concern itself with its responsibilities, customs and immigration law enforcement.

Leave terrorism to the FBI and get out of the business of slandering every gun owner, veteran, Christian, Caucasian, and Paulista.  There are 20 million illegal aliens to arrest.  Get started.  They won't deport themselves without a little help from a friend, perhaps someone like Joseph "Jumping Joe" Swing.

Taxpayer University Degrees Just For Illegals

The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) is organizing special degree programs for illegal aliens, including illegal aliens outside of California.

LA Weekly August 1, 2012  by Dennis Romero

Oh boy. Illegal-immigrant haters are going to love this one.

The UCLA Center for Labor Research along with the National Labor College have established a virtual school just for undocumented migrants -- the National Dream University.

It's for those who live under the radar of official legitimacy: It will allow so-called Dream Act students (undocumenteds who pay in-state tuition and are eligible for financial aid) to take classes online:

Well, actually, Golden State Dream Actors are don't need as much help as folks from non-Dream Act states, where there's no in-state tuition.

The first class at National Dream University will strike a balance between out-of-state aspirants and those from California, says Kent Wong, director of UCLA's Labor College.
And they will be violating the Immgiration and Nationality Act by employing illegal aliens:

To that end, classes will only cost $65 a unit. And some students will be taught by undocumented master's graduates and Ph.D. candidates, Wong said.
And UCLA charges a lot more to other students, about $12,000 a student.  Out-of-state students pay over $22,000 a semester.  $65 a unit is a bargain.

I wonder what Claude Arnold, Special Agent-in-Charge of ICE Homeland Security Investigations, will say about illegal alien employees at UCLA?  Give him a call:  (562) 624-3800

Who's Taking It Down And Dirty To The Jihadi?

Why the followers of the Lord Buddha.  The leadership of the counter-jihad appears to have fallen to the Buddhists of all people.  While John Boehner defends the Muslim Brotherhood, Buddhists in Burma reject Sharia law and the right of Muslims to "take" non-Muslim women for their sexual gratification.

Foreign Policy August 1, 2012 by Christian Caryl

Let's face it: Not too many people outside of Southeast Asia have been paying attention to the sectarian conflict in Burma. For much of the world, Burma (also known as Myanmar) is a remote and somewhat mysterious country, and it's been prey to internecine squabbles for about as long as anyone can remember. (As a matter of fact, its people have been at war with themselves for even longer than the Afghans.)

So it's possible to understand, if not to excuse, the world's relative ignorance of the bitter feud in Arakan state, where the Muslim Rohingya and the Buddhist Rakhine have been at each other's throats since a Buddhist woman was raped and killed there on May 28. The Rakhine blamed it on the Rohingya, triggering violence that subsequently prompted the government to declare martial law. Dozens of people have been killed, and some 90,000 have been transformed into refugees...

In one of the ugliest recent manifestations of ethnic Burman chauvinism, Buddhist monks have called upon the population to shun association with the Rohingya. There have even been reports of monks blocking the delivery of humanitarian aid to Rohingya areas.

No dhimmis in Burma.

Push For Formal Amnesty For Homosexuals

The Obama Regime did not begin its Administrative Amnesty with its recent formal program for so-called DREAMers.  The formal amnesty was preceeded by years of behind the scenes actions for individual aliens, trial ballons, and test programs.  They led inexicibly to the formal amnesty for DREAMers.  And the same process is underway for homosexuals.

HuffPo August 1, 2012 by Elise Foley

WASHINGTON --- More than 80 House Democrats called Wednesday for the government to officially state that same-sex relationships would be considered in immigration decisions, a year after the Obama administration announced it would begin allowing some undocumented immigrants to stay if they had significant family ties to the United States.
Although the administration said at the time that same-sex relationships would be considered equal to opposite-sex ones in its review of immigration cases, that has yet to be put into writing, which the members argued makes it relatively ineffective.

And so it begins.  The Regime is testing the waters, looking for any serious pushback from RINOs like John Boehner, and when finding no resistence, pushing forward.

So, it is just a matter of time before we get the homosexual amnesty, thanks to Boehner and Mittens who did nothing.
