Chinese To Complete Occupation Of San Francisco

The Chinese government as well as "private" Chinese corporations have begun the open purchase of the City of San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area.

The Chinese are most definitely coming. 
Early next year, a major Chinese biotech company will be announcing its plans for the 53-acre, 355,000-square-foot former Bayer HealthCare campus it has just purchased on Hilltop Drive in Richmond.
The company is a publicly traded, non-state enterprise whose name is not being disclosed by the brokers pending the formal announcement of its plans. It is said to be a major drug researcher, developer and manufacturer, described by one source as an original equipment manufacturer for China's pharmaceutical industry. The purchase - price also not disclosed at this time - is also said to be the company's first venture outside of China. 
"This will act as a bridge for Chinese pharmaceutical companies who want to come to the Bay Area," said Skip Whitney, a partner at San Francisco real estate broker Kidder Mathews, who heads the firm's China Services Group. The deal, long in gestation - as China deals often are - closed last week.

That would be the $1.7 billion loan the state-owned China Development Bank has agreed to bankroll for the Treasure Island and Hunters Point Shipyard redevelopment projects. New home construction at Hunters Point could begin early in the new year should the deal be signed in time, The Chronicle's City Insider reported this month.

One point remaining to be ironed out: the role of the state-owned China Railway Construction Corp., which the bank wants to hire as a general contractor. In particular, ensuring that the laborers the contractor hires to do the work are strictly homegrown.

"The Hunters Point Shipyard and Treasure Island financing by China Development Bank is a seal of approval by the Chinese government for investment in the Bay Area," Whitney said.


Both Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard are, of course, former military bases.  Hunters Point had the last west coast dry dock capable of performing repairs on Nimitz class nuclear aircraft carriers and the Iowa class battleships.

Of more interest is that Nancy Pelosi is up to her withered neck in the deal.  And it is without a doubt that the Red Chinese government will be using the deal to increase Chinese immigration to the United States, bringing massive numbers of workers at all levels to take more jobs from Americans; undoubtedly from common laborers to the highest executives.  There will be nothing stopping the Red Chinese from taking advantage of the H-1 and H-2 visa programs to replace all American workers on the project with Chinese.  And since the CDB and CRC are State run organizations, many will be involved in traditional as well as industrial espionage.

Look forward to the case load of FBI counter-intelligence agents to increase and the lackluster U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations (ICE SVU) to ignore Chinese immigration fraud schemes that will undoubtedly abound.  Also look for the Chinese-"American" dominated U.S. Customs and Border Protection San Francisco Field Office to ignore the fraudulently obtained work visas that will be flowing out of the American diplomatic posts in Red China much as CBP was brought to heel after initially stopping then rolling over like a lap-dog in the case of Boeing's visa fraud scheme in Seattle.

Same deal here in Australia. Chinks are snatching up properties left, right, and center. Just a couple of months ago, they bought the country's largest sheep station, which is almost as big as a small state.
