More Vote Fraud By Illegal Aliens

The cultural Marxists rail on and on about how there is no vote fraud, no voting by aliens and no voting by illegal aliens.  But in reality they are wrong.  (h/t Election Law Center)

Denison Woman Charged With Election Misconduct, Alleged To Have Voted As Noncitizen
DES MOINES, Iowa — A Denison woman accused of voting in a December 2012 special election in Pottawattamie County even though she's not a U.S. citizen has been charged with election misconduct.
Iowa Secretary of State Matt Schultz says charges were filed against Margarita Abrego in Pottawattamie County on Friday.
Schultz says his office referred the case to the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation as part of his ongoing effort to uncover voter fraud. The DCI referred the case to the county prosecutor.

All part of electing a new people.

Nationalism For Me, But Not For Thee

Commentary is doing the two-step again.  Strong defense of Israel's right to exist and to act in its own interests as it sees fit.  However, that is not allowed for Japan.

Contentions December 27, 2013 by Max Boot
Shinzo Abe’s Provocation
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe of Japan is making predictable waves with his provocative visit to the Yasukuni Shrine in Tokyo, which honors Japan’s war dead–including a number of war criminals from World War II. He is trying, half-heartedly, to pass this off as a normal visit akin to a U.S. president visiting Arlington National Cemetery, but anyone who has ever been to Yasukuni knows that’s not the case. Right next to the shrine is a museum commemorating Japan’s 20th-century wars, which are presented from an imperialistic and militaristic slant in which the Rape of Nanking is not mentioned, the U.S. is blamed for provoking the attack on Pearl Harbor, and the kamikaze pilots are glorified for their devotion to the nation.

Of course, no American museum mentions the firebombing of Dresden in 1945 when the war with Germany was all but over.  But having been to the Yasukuni Shrine and the attached museum, I can say that the museum is hardly revisionist in any way, especially given modern scholarship that clearly shows that the Roosevelt Administration knew of the upcoming attack on Pearl Harbor.  Yes, it is nationalist in presentation, with the best English language support for its exhibits than most major museums in Japan.  Boot also seems to forget that the Chinese were even more brutal to their own countrymen during their internecine struggles of the twentieth century than what Japan inflicted on them, including the atrocity at Nanking.

In fact, the Yasukuni museum is quite moderate in its tone, hardly triumphalist about even the wars Japan won over China and Russia.  It has no reference to the modern scholarship that shows Roosevelt Administration was provoking war with Japan and knew about the expeditionary force sent under Admiral Yamamoto to attack Pearl Harbor.  Nothing about the code breaking, nothing about the PBYs sent to the UK as lend lease from their original posting at Pearl Harbor as long range reconnaissance, and nothing about the plan to provoke war by sending an American vessel into the waters around the Home Islands.

A better critique would be of the one significant failure of the Douglas MacArthur regency in Japan; the suppression of patriotism and the demilitarization of Japan.  For the decades after the Second World War, Japan's rebuilding of her military was restricted by the MacArthur "No War" Constitution that resulted in a minimal investment in the military structure, such as it was.  Unlike in Germany, which rearmed within 10 years of her surrender, Japan never reached its natural level of military power.  This restriction on Japan's natural expression of nationalism and the restrictions on her acting as a full partner in mutual defense during the Cold War allowed this artificial belief by Korea and China that Japan was not a normal nation with military and political interests, and inherent patriotism.  Now that Japan is relearning patriotism, some are upset with that normal situation.

Koreans and Chinese may have an interest in a pacified Japan, free of patriotism, but what is the interest of Jewish Americans who support legitimate Israeli nationalism and self-interest?  A free, independent and powerful Japan is no threat to anyone, much less Israel.  In fact, a strong self-confident Japan acting in its own interests, especially against a nuclear power such as Red China, lends legitimacy to a strong, self-confident, and independent Israel.  However, an attack on Japanese nationalism is an ill-disguised attack on nationalism itself.  A deracinated Japan unable to act in its self-interest due to international pressure from hostile neighbors sets an example against Israel's survival against hostile nations.  So why is Commentary seeking to subvert the principle of national self-interest and patriotism?  Perhaps, like the radical left, it does not apply the principle to others, only to itself. Which suggests that Commentary is not that far removed from when it was controlled by the radical left.  It cannot continue to attack expressions of patriotism and self-interest without that same attack leveled against Israel.

Which makes me think that Commentary will not be supporting a nuclear armed Japan, which in the face of a nuclear Red China, is axiomatic if Japan wants to remain independent.  Given the Israel example, one would think that Commentary would support the principle of a right to nuclear arms for those threatened by overwhelming numbers of enemies.  But what is good for the goose is not good for the gander in Commentary.  They may soon regret establishing such a double standard some day for it may be used against Israel.  In fact, incessant demands for apologies from Japan is similar to Barack Hussein Obama's incessant apologies and attacks on America.  We know he hates America and those whites who built this country.  But why is Commentary following this same tactic against Japan?  It makes no sense except that Commentary supports the tearing down of the traditional American nation.  But without America, there will be no Israel.  But if one thinks about it, perhaps the eggheads at Commentary just don't get it.  Remember, they support amnesty for rabidly anti-Israel illegal aliens, whether they be Muslim or MEChAists.

Another Obama Lie

This time it was on a government form, and he can be prosecuted and impeached for his lie.  (h/t Weasel Zippers)

President Enrolls In Obamacare Exchange
President Barack Obama symbolically enrolled in a new health insurance exchange created by the Affordable Care Act over the weekend, a White House aide said Monday...
The aide added that Obama only signed himself up, and not the rest of the First Family. Obama also did not enroll through the troubled Healthcare.gov or the D.C. exchange’s website. Aides signed him up in person over the weekend, due to the “complicated nature of the President’s case,” the White House aide said. Some of Obama’s personal information is not readily accessible on the government databases used by the website for identity verification.

Only himself?  So, the aide, who acted at Obama's request and at his direction, lied on the form, as the registration form asks if the enrollee is married and the number of dependents.  He would have had to answer truthfully as the site warns against false statements during enrollment.

Time to impeach him for making false statements in violation of Title 18 United States Code, Section 1001, False Statements.

ICE Now In The Alien Smuggling Business

Recently in the news is that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), the organization in ICE charged with finding and removing illegal aliens in the United States has aiding alien smuggling instead of combating it.

It has been long known that ICE ERO had a policy of taking no enforcement action against minor illegal aliens who have been smuggled into the United States and not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  The law states clearly that those aliens are supposed to go into removal proceedings, but are to be placed into the custody of the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).  The law states that unaccompanied minors are to housed and cared for in a non-custodian setting and action taken in the best interests of the child, but ORR in fact acts as a advocate for increased immigration and treats every child as a political asylum applicant, rather than an illegal alien who should be returned to their country of origin.  The theory behind ORR has been that unaccompanied minors are fleeing violence and oppression in their home countries and are inherently political asylees.

However the reality is that unaccompanied minors are all smuggled aliens seeking to join family members already illegally in the United States.  The neo-Marxists claim that their parents are victims of various political issues in their home countries and the unaccompanied children should be treated similarly.  The major problem being that their parents are already in the United States and overwhelmingly have not either applied for asylum or been denied asylum.  Most unaccompanied minors are encountered at the Mexican border and are overwhelmingly from Central America, but with large numbers of South Asians and Chinese as well.  All are economic migrants, as are their parents, who make large payments to smuggling organizations to bring their children to the United States.

Now, the most recent development, ICE ERO is in the alien smuggling business:

The Daily Caller December 19, 2013 by Caroline May
Judge: DHS Delivering Young Illegals Caught At Border To Illegal Immigrant Parents
A case out of Texas has a federal judge asking just which side of the law the Department of Homeland Security is working for.
United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas Brownsville Division Andrew S. Hanen rebuked DHS for helping to deliver an illegal immigrant minor — detained at the border with her human smuggler — to her illegal immigrant mother living in Virginia.
Homeland Security “successfully complet[ed] the mission of the criminal conspiracy” to smuggle the child across the border to her parent, the judge wrote in an order issued on Dec. 13.

Now this is quite different from the issue of unaccompanied minors being placed in the custody of ORR and placed in removal proceedings.  It is actually alien smuggling, aiding and abetting entry without inspection, as well as conspiracy, violations of Title 8 United States Code (USC) 1324, Bringing In And Harboring Certain Aliens, 18 USC 2 Principles (Aiding and Abetting), 8 USC 1325, Improper Entry By Alien, 18 USC 371, Conspiracy.  Delivering a smuggled alien to the person seeking the smuggling is a crime.  It is not arresting and delivering an alien to the custody of the ORR, but aiding illegal entry by an alien.

This however is not new.  This blog has been documenting the failure of the Department of Homeland Security to enforce immigration laws and documented assistance various agencies in DHS has let to illegal aliens, including smuggling children and not arresting the illegal alien parents.  This blog has also documented ICE's assistance to illegal alien workers.

ICE ERO has addressed the issue, then lied about it.

Fox News December 24, 2013 by Judson Berger
ICE Director Defends Transport Of Illegal Immigrant Children As 'Appropriate And Legal'
The head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement defended the role of federal agents in transporting illegal immigrant children after a federal judge complained they were hand-delivering smuggled kids to parents in the United States.
“While the court’s comments did not relate specifically to ICE, it is clear that the transportation of unaccompanied children (UAC) by ICE personnel is appropriate and legal,” acting Director John Sandweg wrote in a brief email obtained by FoxNews.com.
The email was sent Monday and addressed to “all ICE employees.”
Sandweg noted that “recent media reports” on the judge’s order had “prompted discussion about whether ICE personnel may lawfully transport alien minors.”
He was referring to a Dec. 13 order by U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen in Texas, which claimed federal agents were intercepting human smugglers transporting children at the U.S.-Mexico border -- and then delivering those children to illegal immigrant parents in the U.S.

However, Sandweg was using misdirection, the judge did not address transportation of children to HHS ORR, but directing to the illegal alien parents in the United States.  Those parents who paid a smuggler to bring their children to the United States.  If the children had not been caught by the U.S. Border Patrol, the children would have successfully been smuggled.  But in this case the conspiracy to smuggle and the smuggling act were completed by ICE ERO personnel.  That is a crime.

Impeachment is the answer.  The Obama Regime has gone from not enforcing Federal law, to giving benefits to illegal aliens, to actively bringing illegal aliens into the United States.  Where is John Boehner?

Lion City Leads The Way

Singapore is moving quickly to quash immigrant crime by deporting many of the alien rioters involved in unprecedented violence after an immigrant worker was killed accidentally in a traffic accident.

BBC December 18, 2013
Singapore To Deport 53 Foreign Workers Over Riot
Singapore says it will deport 53 foreign workers for their involvement in the country's worst riot in more than 40 years.
Another 28 face criminal charges for the riot, which broke out earlier this month in Singapore's Little India district.
The violent protests broke out after an Indian national was knocked down and killed by a bus.

But more importantly, there are no endless appeals for the aliens.

The men facing deportation consisted of 52 Indian nationals and one Bangladeshi national, Police Commissioner Ng Joo Hee said.
Home Affairs Minister Teo Chee Hean said: "We have taken strong and decisive action to charge and to repatriate those who took part in the riot, to send a strong signal that we will not tolerate actions by anyone which threaten law and order in Singapore."
Those being deported failed to disperse despite police orders and "threatened public order, making their continued presence in Singapore undesirable", the Ministry of Home Affairs said in a statement on Tuesday.
Law Minister K Shanmugam told reporters on Tuesday that under Singapore's Immigration Act, foreigners considered a threat to public security could be repatriated.

Of course, cultural Marxists are upset that Singapore is deporting violent aliens.

However, Human Rights Watch's Asia deputy director, Phil Robertson, urged greater "transparency" in the deportation decisions.
"It's an issue of due process," Mr Robertson told the BBC. "Singapore does have a policy of deport first and ask questions later."

Apparently there is another side to the story of the rioters:

"No one is excusing the people who used violence on that day... but in the case of the deportations it's not clear how the decision was taken, what evidence was brought against these people, or whether they had the opportunity to present their version of the story."
Activist group Workfair Singapore, which campaigns on labour conditions, said the "arbitrary deportation" without trial raised "grave concerns".
"The Controller of Work Passes should not have arbitrary powers to revoke work passes without the right of appeal, or the Police Commissioner to determine culpability," it said.

Of course, the radical left is trying to excuse the violence.  That is what neo-Marxists do.  But Singapore is having none of it.

Here is some advice to guest workers in the Lion City:

Stalin v. Trotsky On Twitter

The internet is abuzz about Justine Sacco and her tweets about AIDS and visiting the center of AIDS in the world.  Sacco is a now former ad executive who got the two-minute Emmanuel Goldstein treatment.  And, it is important to stress, it was the Goldstein treatment in all the historical importance.  In Communism, the most hate is directed against fellow Communists, as the never ending campaigns by Stalin against his rivals in the Communist Party; Bukharin, Zinoviev, Kamenev, and, above all, Leon Trotsky, on whom George Orwell based the character of Goldstein, as among Stalin's rivals, he was the longest lived.

Breitbart December 21, 2013 by John Nolte
Why Did Buzzfeed & Co. Target Justine Sacco For Online Assassination
Other than the very sad fact that a lot of bitter people obviously had nothing they would rather do on the last Friday night before Christmas, why did this happen?
To begin with, Sacco's tweet cannot only be interpreted in the way Buzzfeed and its online lynch mob chose to interpret it; which is racist, insansitivist, Africanist, and AIDSist. Could it be that in a sloppy way Sacco was using humor to make a point about injustice? AIDS in Africa disproportionately ravages blacks on that continent. "I'm white!" sounds an awful like the kind of left-wing snark you hear every hour on MSNBC.
If Rachel Maddow tweeted that, no one would question what she meant.
This isn't me defending Sacco. I have no idea what was in her heart. But neither did those who followed BuzzFeed's lead and managed, in just a few frighteningly short hours, to successfully place her head on a pigpole. Sacco is a young, professional, New York woman. Chances are about 99.9% that she's a BuzzFeed-loving, Obama-voting, MSNBC addict.
Which leads to the most important question…
Why Sacco?

Answer, why not?  Communists are not squeamish about killing their own, just ask the aforementioned Old Bolsheviks.  Under Communism, one must as a matter of course, kill or be killed. No other lesson needed than that of Jang Song Thaek, Kim Jong Un's closest rival.  Kim had Jang killed because Jang was a threat.  Kim also killed many others who were not threats, but those are only what Stalin calls a statistic, and a object lesson to others not to oppose the Communist Party, which is the main point, no opposition will be tolerated, even if one is not actually opposing the Party.

It was clear given the stinging defeat given to the radical left in the Phil Robertson affair that an objective lesson was necessary.  The Communist Party always relies on fear to gain obedience, and taking Sacco's head was a lesson to all who dare make jokes about AIDS, homosexuals, blacks, or Africa.

That the person was a fellow Party member was irrelevant.  Everyone will think twice when they hit Twitter and therefore censor themselves.

Also of interest, it appears that despite the Italian last name, the Sacco family were English speaking immigrants from South Africa.  Even more interesting, Sacco's father, yet un-named, joined in the two-minute hate of his daughter.  Not a surprise as the Communist Party encourages inter-family snitching, as Nineteen Eighty-Four described.

'I Am Ashamed': PR Exec Who Sparked Outrage With Racist Tweet Apologizes After She's Fired And Her Own Father Calls Her An 'Idiot'
The PR executive who was summarily dismissed after her racist Tweet sparked a revolt on social media has apologised - as her own father called her a ‘f****** idiot’.  Justine Sacco said that she was ‘ashamed’ over her actions and said she had been ‘cavalier’ in making her tasteless joke about the AIDS crisis in Africa.  But her father, who has not been publicly named, was more forthright and said that what she did was ‘unforgivable’.
He also apparently backed the campaign to name and shame his daughter as, in an ironic twist, it emerged he moved his family from Cape Town to the US in 1994 to escape racism at the end of Apartheid.

Interesting, in that they fled South Africa in 1994, the year Comrade Nelson Mandela was elected President.  Were they fleeing black racism, crime, and violence?  Probably, but don't want to admit it. If so why such a sudden shame for his daughter's opinion of black Africa?  Or did the un-named Sacco pere lie about his reason for leaving South Africa, blaming white racism?  Did the family submit a false application for political asylum in the United States, claiming the racism of the apartheid government as their reason for fleeing to the United States?  And why are we allowing such a vile human being as Sacco pere into the United States? Like a good communist, he participated in a two-minute hate of his daughter.  How vile. And, if true that Justine Sacco was a typical Obamabot, do we need any more like her?

Eat The Homophobes First

The People of the Gun, or at least one of their bloggers, has decided on the new and improved defense of gun owners, implicitly white that they are:  Play the diversity card and hope that because they are queer friendly, the jackbooted thugs from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, Explosives, and Really Big Fires, will eat them...ehr...burn them alive last.

The Truth About Guns December 22, 2013 by Robert Farago
Random Thoughts On Fags and Gun Nuts
The recent flap about Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson’s comments on homosexuality got me thinking. While I don’t share Robertson’s belief that being gay is a sin – at all – I support his right to be wrong, in public. That said, the remarks themselves were inexcusably crass. Vagina vs. anus? Really? Robertson must have known that this comment would inflame both homosexuals and heterosexuals. To what end (so to speak)? It’s certainly not the kind of language I’d expect from a “true Christian”; someone who loves the sinner but hates the sin. Nope. The comment was needlessly, heedlessly insensitive. And it reminds me of nothing so much as the comments I’ve heard as a gun guy. Or should I say “gun nut” . . .
Fag. Gun nut. Critics use these terms to the signal the “fact” that the recipient’s behavior is unacceptable. Beyond the pale. That they’re genetically, morally and spiritually abhorrent. Both words are designed to marginalize otherwise acceptable members of society. To ostracize them. More than that, people use the terms fag and gun nut to condemn the person themselves. To make the recipient wish they’d never been born. The terms are, in short, hate speech.
I’ve been called both. The first because that’s what boys called each other at Moses Brown, the all-boys school I attended for ten years. If I did anything that didn’t fit the macho ideal I was a fag. Soccer instead of football? Fag. Cool shoes? Fag. Close friendship with someone artistic? Fag. The term didn’t bother me per se. In almost all cases, it was just a word used by bullies to put someone down, regardless of their sexual orientation. Truth be told, I used it myself more than once.

Farago does not get it.  People of the Gun, gun nuts, or just plain old gun owners, are one of the identified enemies of the radical left.  Gun ownership represents a threat to the neo-Marxist and their totalitarian ambitions, just as Christmas does, what Christianity does, or any other aspect of implicit whiteness does

Farago decides that in the culture war, People of the Gun must surrender and hope the crocodile eats them last.  That will not quite work out, as homosexuals, organized like GLAAD, or not, vote overwhelmingly for anti-gun and anti-white politicians like Barack Hussein Obama.

Farago also pulled a little Alinskyite trick as well.  Lecturing Phil Robertson for his homophobia, he implied that Robertson hated homosexuals, then brings up the "fag" issue.  Nice little trick there. Robertson did not use any insults in the GQ interview where he criticized the sexual practices of homosexuals, e.g. anal intercourse.  He did not use "fag" to describe homosexuals.  He just questioned the sexual practices, which, for the scientifically uninitiated, are counter evolutionary.  Anal intercourse, or homosexuality itself, do not result in the continuation and survival of the species, something rather important if one is a scientific materialist, as most homosexuals claim.  It is contrary to Darwin's laws on survival of species.  If one is of a bent to support evolution, then the purpose of two sexes and sexual reproduction make it clear that males of the species should "prefer" vaginas to anuses.  It is just science.

Of course, we do not live in a world based on scientism.  We live in a created world, with a system of natural laws and order.  Part of that is the ordered universe, which one can understand through scientific observation, such as observing sexual reproduction.  The natural law is as clear as Revelation to those willing to take any time.  Funny how that the natural world supports the Revealed Law.  Part of that is clearly the choice man makes in relation to our Creator.  We can chose to ignore Him, apparently as Farago has.  But then his argument for liberty rings hollow.

While I don’t share Robertson’s belief that being gay is a sin...

Sure, you can take a bite out of that apple, but the punishment for it is eternal damnation.

Then we get the diversity lecture:

But I knew that calling someone a fag was wrong. My parents’ gay friends were funny, intellectual and creative people (just like their heterosexual friends). I never once thought of calling them—or anyone else outside of school—-a fag. That would be like calling a black man a nigger or a Jew a kike. A decent person didn’t go there; using the term for real would have revealed me as intolerant, uneducated and classless. As the child of the late 60′s, I embraced society’s movement towards what’s now called diversity, what was once called tolerance and brotherhood. A trend that, eventually, included gays.
Personally, I didn’t experience much prejudice. Sure, there was some anti-Semitism. But like the fag thing, it was mostly background noise. The only time I got a real taste of what it was like to be “different” was when I hitched a ride home from Mount Hermon summer school with an all-black basketball team. It sounds silly but that was a genuinely eye-opening, sensitivity-enhancing experience.

Wow, America was basically evil before the 60s, back before the 1968 Gun Control Act;  racist and anti-Semitic.  Hitting all the tropes of the radical left.  For Farago though, prejudice against People of the Gun is his argument.  Racism, homophobia, anti-Semitism, hoplophobia, all the same thing, The Man standing in the way of true liberty, free love, and bong hits

Wait though, I America before the 60s was evil?  Are we getting a mixed message from Farago?  It looks like hoplophobia is a post 60s development.  As if it developed at the same time as the homosexual rights movement.  As they said of the War Between The States, emancipating slaves, enslaving free men.

What he does not realize is that his bargaining with the neo-Marxists in the homosexual movement will get him nothing, except getting eaten by the neo-Marxist crocodile last.  But he will be eaten, and no pink triangle, pink pistols, or PFLAG membership will save him in the end.  It is the United Front ism fantasy of all libertarians.  Sorry, gun ownership is not allowed in any future homosexual dictatorship.

The good news though is that some People of the Gun get it.  Gun Owners of America is in the fight on amnesty for gun control voters.  Let's hope that all the People of the Gun get it that homosexuals don't like gun owners either.

ICE SVU Hits The Strip Clubs

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Special Victims Unit (ICE SVU) has another special victim it is protecting, the New England Patriots.  ICE SVU struck a strip club that was selling t-shirts with a parody of the Patriots logo.

Boston Herald December 22, 2013 by Erin Smith
Strip Club Sweep Nets Fake Fan Gear
Bonanca told the Herald the club bought the poor-quality rip-offs for $3 to $5 each and then sold them to customers for $10 or as a free souvenir with two lap dances. Bonanca said the owner, who was cooperative, will likely receive a court summons for possession of counterfeit goods.
Strip club owner Frank Caswell declined comment, citing Homeland Security investigators.
“I was instructed not to speak to anyone about this,” he said.
The Homeland Security Investigations unit at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has been cracking down on counterfeit goods in recent years.
“We have seen instances related to counterfeit goods where the money derived from those criminal activities go on to fuel criminal activity overseas,” said ICE spokesman Khaalid Walls.

No doubt Khaalid himself is a national security threat, a Muslim working at Homeland Security.  And an affirmative action hire as well.  It also tells us why there are 20 million illegal aliens in the United States, the DHS agency charged with arresting illegal aliens is more interested in t-shirts than illegal aliens.

The Lies Aliens Tell

There has been a major dispute in the news recently involving India and the United States.  It is ostensibly about the treatment of diplomatic staff in both countries, but the truth is far more interesting.  The true motive behind Indian outrage and the subsequent endangerment of the American diplomatic outpost in New Delhi is about anti-white racism, anti-Christian bigotry, and Hindu supremacism on the part of Indians, both official and by the public.

First, the back story according to the Criminal Complaint.  An Indian consular officer, this is important, Devyani Khobragade, Deputy Consul General for Political, Economic, Commercial and Women's Affairs at the Consul General's Office for the Republic of India, indicted and arrested for three felony violations of Title 18 of the United States Code (USC), sections 1001, False Statements, 1546(a) Visa Fraud, and 2, Principles.  This was in relation to a visa application Khobragade caused to be submitted on behalf of Sangeeta Richard, an Indian national, hired by Khobragade as a domestic servant.  Such a position requires an A-3 visa.  Khobragade presented the U. S. Department of State a visa application and employment contract that was fraudulent.  The law requires that a personal servant of a diplomat be subject to American employment law, including wage rates.  Khobragade falsified the employment contract to make it appear to comply with American law, but in reality paid Richard significantly less than the minimum wage among other labor law violations.

The second part of the back story is the issue of diplomatic immunity.  As a consular officer, and not a diplomatic officer, Khobragade holds immunity only for official acts, of which visa fraud is not one of those protected acts.  Espionage is, but not visa fraud.

Subsequently Khobragade was arrested based on the complaint.  She was as a matter of course, brought to the U.S. Marshals Office, who process those arrested for federal criminal offenses prior to their initial appearance before a U.S. Magistrate.  At the U.S. Marshals Office, Khobragade underwent the same process as any other arrestee; search, fingerprinting and DNA collection.

Here is where the case gets interesting and Americans learn another lesson on the perils of aliens.

National Post December 18, 2013 by the Associated Press
Devyani Khobragade Reveals How She ‘Broke Down’ After ‘Stripping And Cavity Searches’ As Row Between U.S. And India Deepens
The Indian official, Devyani Khobragade, 39, who was arrested on Dec. 12, wrote in an e-mail to colleagues that she was subjected to cavity search during detention.
“I broke down many times as the indignities of repeated handcuffing, stripping and cavity searches, swabbing, in a holdup with common criminals and drug addicts were all being imposed upon me despite my incessant assertions of immunity,” she wrote.

And by interesting, it is meant the lies Khobragade tells.  While an arrest entails multiple handcuffing, repeated usually means twice; once at the initial point of arrest, in this case by the Diplomatic Security Service Special Agents, and then once more after the subject is processed by the U.S. Marshals.  So, for aliens, repeated means twice. And this is only the first of Khobragade's lies.  Let us proceed further.

"...stripping and cavity searches..."  Any experienced Federal agent would laugh hysterically at that one.  First, the U.S. Marshals Service does not perform strip searches on its customer base.  The first part of the procedure in the holding area in a Federal courthouse, is a search of the person arrested, even if the person was searched, and the arrestee should have been, by the arresting agents. Standard procedure is a close search of the person, the placing of the searching Deputy U.S Marshal or Detention Enforcement Officer's hands on the arrestees clothed body and the crushing and twisting of the layer of clothing in a top to bottom pattern, but not a strip search.  And note here, the arrestee comes in physical contact with the searching official.

Then the next lie from Khobragade, repeated cavity searches.  Another laugh, as no cavity searches are performed on arrestees except in extraordinary circumstances, commonly with hardened criminals known to commit violence in custody or terrorism suspects.

Of course, high caste Hindus are outraged apparently most of all by the search itself, as Khobragade was not the first Indian consular officer to be arrested for visa fraud relating to domestic servants.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Syed Akbaruddin said India was “shocked and appalled by the public embarrassment of the diplomat” and called for an immediate apology. India’s National Security Adviser Shivshankar Menon said it was “despicable and barbaric,” the Associated Press reported. A judge in the U.S. Southern District of New York will now decide if her arrest is justified as “a grave crime” considering her diplomatic immunity, Akbaruddin said.

And there is the rub.  The mere touching of a high caste Hindu by an untouchable.  For the uninitiated, Hinduism is a very primitive religion, untouched shall we say, of the consideration of ethics or reason.  It is a religion based on ritual purity and the avoidance of pollution.  At the center of ritual purity and pollution is caste. Ritual purity is maintained primarily by avoiding physical proximity or touching of lower castes who are polluting to a higher caste, and in the case of the Untouchables, avoiding even their shadow.  In the caste system, all persons not Hindus are Untouchables, especially foreigners.

And for our controversy, the U.S. Marshals official who had the temerity to touch a high-caste Hindu, committed a grave offense in Hinduism and was insulting to all high caste Hindus, especially the Brahmins who dominate India's politics and government, note by the way, in violation of the caste system, as political power is supposed to be exercised by the Kshatriya caste.

To those with a religious or philosophical system, such an incident would be viewed rationally, as Christians do. A rational person would clearly understand the close association of arrest and search.  It is no controversy at all. For Christians, truth and love are the primary philosophical aspects of their belief systems.  The other is personal responsibility for ones actions in life.  No Christian can be affected by the mere presence or touch another person.  There is no ritual purity or pollution in Christ, there is only eventual judgement by God for one's behavior.  A shadow has no effect on one's moral being, unlike the Brahim who becomes polluted by the proximity of an Untouchable.

And the Hindus know the truth about the failure of their belief system, which is why Hindus reacted so strongly to the mere touch of an Untouchable on a high caste Hindu.  Hindus became enraged to hide what they knew to be true, the farcical nature of Hinduism; its ritual obsessions and its moral vacuum devoid of any introspection, intellectual reflection, and obviously ridiculous pantheon.  No one considers the gods of the Greeks, Romans, or barbarians of Europe to be anything other than an inadequate attempt to deal with the vicissitudes of life and explain the natural world around them. One does not accept that Zeus, Hera and Athena existed. They were creations of unenlightened minds.  However, Hindu India is the only major society that retains such a primitive religion of hundreds of gods that need appeasing.

And in their irrationality, Hindu India, has gravely threatened U.S. diplomatic personnel by withdrawing security around the American Embassy in New Delhi.

India scaled back security outside the U.S. embassy in New Delhi and revoked transit privileges for American diplomats as a row deepened over the arrest and strip-search of a consular official in New York...
India retaliated by removing concrete barricades outside the consular section of the U.S. embassy in the nation’s capital, cancelling [sic] airport passes for U.S. diplomats and freezing import requests, Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid said in parliament on Wednesday.

Clearly such an over-reaction is based on an inferiority complex, and rightly so, as India is close to a failed state, where slavery is widely practiced and plagued by caste violence.  But such actions by the Indian government was, of course, an actual violation of diplomatic protocol and legal obligations India has under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, which requires the host government to protect diplomats from attack.  Such is their religious hatred of Untouchables, India will violate solemn agreements it has signed.  This is hardly a nation the United States should allow immigrants to this country from.  Is there no reason in India?  Apparently not.  They do not even understand the notion of and limitations of consular immunity.

An interesting note in this case is that Richards and her family have been rewarded for their victimization.  He husband and children have been brought to the United States.

U.S. V Khobragade: Read The U.S. Attorney’s Statement
Fifth, as has been reported, the victim’s family has been brought to the United States. As also has been reported, legal process was started in India against the victim, attempting to silence her, and attempts were made to compel her to return to India. Further, the Victim’s family reportedly was confronted in numerous ways regarding this case. Speculation about why the family was brought here has been rampant and incorrect. Some focus should perhaps be put on why it was necessary to evacuate the family and what actions were taken in India vis-à-vis them. This Office and the Justice Department are compelled to make sure that victims, witnesses and their families are safe and secure while cases are pending.

It looks like another case of being a crime victim pays well in gaining U.S. residency.  Of note, it appears that Richards is a Christian given her last name, or at least descendant of mixed race stock, which in India makes one an Untouchable as well.  So, I don't see why Indians are so upset, but the important issue one thinks is that a cheap domestic servant is more important that ritual pollution. But ritual pollution is more important that truth and justice, as well as not as fun as burning American untouchables in effigy.  Not to mention that high caste Hindus are outraged that a lower caste got to America before them.

The real question though remains, do we as Americans want people like this, obsessed with ritual purity and pollution, bringing such behavior to the United States?  Is such misogyny, violence, and anti-Americanism something the United States needs?

Ray Of Sunshine From the Great White North

The Canuks, eh, have decided that Canadian jobs should go to Canadians and that it should not be government policy to drive down wages for unskilled Canadian workers.  Just say no to the Slave Power.  (h/t Blazing Cat Fur)

The Daily Caller December 16, 2013 by Neil Munro
No More Low-Wage Immigration, U.K., Canada, Tell CEOs
Public opposition to high immigration in the United Kingdom has forced the establishment Conservative Party to propose cutting annual work-related immigration down to 75,000.
The country’s opposition to the immigrant inflow is so heated that a government minister has even urged employers to attract needed British workers by offering higher salaries, and to give up relying on low-skill, low-wage workers from Poland or Pakistan.
The minister’s jarring comments came after the CEO of Domino’s Pizza in the U.K. said last week that the country should import more low-wage immigrants to prepare and deliver pizzas.

And the solution to a labor shortage: The most important of all motivators.

Canada’s conservative government is also cracking down in the use of imported low-skill labor.
“The single most powerful tool employers have to address labour skill shortages is raising wage levels,” Jason Kenney, the employment minister in Canada’s conservative government, told business leaders in mid-November.
The country’s guest-worker program “must not, cannot be a first option” he told the business leaders, as he urged them to increase training of their workers. “It must only and always be a last option for employers.”

Perhaps that should be tried here.  Let the market decide.  Perhaps ending 99 months of unemployment insurance payments will force some slackers back into the labor force.

Asians Working Hard To Overcome Model Minority Stereotype

The radical left and wannabe blacks in the Asian "American" ethnic group have long chaffed at the view of Asian immigrants and Asian "Americans" as high achievers and the problem the cultural Marxists had when decrying American racism and having to explain why racism hold back black, Hispanics and Indians, while East Asian and South Asian immigrants and hyphenated Americans do so well.  Call it cognitive dissonance.  With pride, neo-Marxists in the academy, like Ronald Takaki, a hyphenated American by accident of birth, point at Asian "American" failures, such as the Hmong, an immigrant group known for its spectacular failure in the United States, with gleeful pride.

However, the likes of Takaki are not far off, and recent news is tarnishing high flyers among Asian immigrants and their progeny.  It looks like Asians are assimilating into the crime ridden culture of black America, and I guess Takaki is beaming.

First, it looks like the children of Tiger Moms are cracking:

Harvard Student Charged In Bomb Hoax
BOSTON (CBS) — A Harvard student has been charged in connection with Monday’s bomb threats which shut down four Harvard buildings and canceled finals for many students.
The U.S. Attorney’s office says Eldo Kim, 20, of Cambridge, emailed several bomb threats to offices associated with Harvard University, including the Harvard University Police Department and the Harvard Crimson, the student-run daily newspaper.
Kim will be in US District Court Wednesday.

In the second big news on Asian "American" fail, Charles Edwards, an immigrant from India, Acting Inspector General of the Office of Inspector General, Department of Homeland Security, was pushed out of his position due to corruption and other misconduct, but he apparently landed in already prepared sinecure in another Department of Homeland Security office.  He joins the other Asian "American" failures of the Obama Regime

The Washington Times December 17, 2013 by Phillip Schwartz
Criticized Homeland Security IG Charles Edwards Leaving Post
The top internal watchdog at the troubled Homeland Security Department has stepped down amid questions over his handling of a string of investigations involving department personnel and the management of his own office.
Charles Edwards was serving as acting director of the inspector general’s office at Homeland Security when he became embroiled in controversy. Members of Congress accused him of impeding an investigation into mistakes by the Secret Service, and he was leading a politically sensitive probe into accusations of wrongdoing and political favoritism by Alejandro Mayorkas, whom President Obama nominated to be the agency’s deputy director...
Mr. Edwards was the second-highest official at the inspector general’s office and acting director, but he requested a transfer to another position last week, Homeland Security officials said.

And he brought from India a major blight in corrupt Asian governments, nepotism:

Mr. Edwards also has faced allegations of nepotism. Ms. McCaskill and Mr. Johnson said they have received numerous complaints that Mr. Edwards hired his wife to a position in the inspector general’s office, then let her telecommute from India for seven months. The senators said several federal workers also accused Mr. Edwards of taking retaliatory action against employees who complained about the arrangement.

All hail Ronald Takaki, prescient he was.  He knew that Asian were models for nothing, except public corruption and bomb threats.  That will get them some street cred in the ghetto.

The Regime Preps The Battlefield

The Obama Regime's behind the scenes orchestration of the drumbeat for an expansion of the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty continues apace with new information planted in a sympathetic press and new personnel placed in the Regime for the upcoming full Administrative Amnesty.

First, the Regime's chosen method for the upcoming amnesty:  parole-in-place:

Christian Science Monitor December 9, 2013 by Lourdes Medrano (I guess she has be pigeon-holed for the barrio beat)
The Obama administration has issued a directive on illegal immigration that allows undocumented immigrants who are closely related to military personnel to stay in the country. The order comes amid mounting pressure on President Obama.
Facing intense pressure from immigrant advocates who want the president to do more to limit deportations, the Obama administration has quietly issued a directive to help undocumented immigrants who are closely related to military personnel stay in the country.
The effort is called "parole in place," and it aims to end rampant confusion among immigration officials about how to treat the parents, spouses, and minor children of those in active duty as well as veterans and reservists. Under parole in place, these relatives no longer have to leave the country to apply for legal US status – a situation that often resulted in the applicants being barred from reentering the US for years.

However, the authority to "parole-in-place" does not exist.  The law governing parole is quite restrictive and applies only to aliens outside the United States.

Title 8 of the United States Code, Section 1182:

212(d)(5)

(A) The Attorney General may, except as provided in subparagraph (B) or in section 1184 (f) of this title, in his discretion parole into the United States temporarily under such conditions as he may prescribe only on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit any alien applying for admission to the United States, but such parole of such alien shall not be regarded as an admission of the alien and when the purposes of such parole shall, in the opinion of the Attorney General, have been served the alien shall forthwith return or be returned to the custody from which he was paroled and thereafter his case shall continue to be dealt with in the same manner as that of any other applicant for admission to the United States.

There it is, only an alien outside the United States is eligible for parole.  Even so-called advanced parole is actually a parole, it is an application for parole filed before the alien arrives, and only available to those aliens lawfully present at the time they applied to adjust status or for certain illegal aliens covered by the now long expired Section 245(i) waiver.

So, the method of the upcoming amnesty is illegal.  What of the act itself?  Will it pull the trigger. A recent appointment by the Obama Regime points to executive action on amnesty as well as other issues where the Regime has been stymied by a Republican House of Representatives. (h/t Mark Levin)

NYT December 10, 2013 by Jackie Calmes
WASHINGTON — President Obama, after a rocky year that leaves him at the lowest ebb of his presidency, is bringing into his White House circle the longtime Democratic strategist John D. Podesta, a former chief of staff for President Bill Clinton...
Mr. Podesta will help Mr. McDonough on matters related to the health care law, administration organization and executive actions, said a person familiar with the plans, and will focus in particular on climate change issues, a personal priority of Mr. Podesta’s.

So, the board has been set, pieces are in motion, the only question is the end game.  Amnesty by executive fiat in violation of the Constitution?  The tea leaves are showing amnesty.  The only question is what John Boehner will do.

Aliens Riot In The Lion City

Guest workers in Singapore have rioted after a Bangladeshi guest worker was killed in a traffic accident.  Those rioting and arrested were primarily Bangladeshi guest workers as well.

Fatal Crash Sparks Riots In Singapore
A crowd has set fire to vehicles and clashed with police in the Indian district of Singapore in a rare outbreak of rioting in the city state.
The incident on Sunday night reportedly started after a private bus hit and killed a foreign worker in the Little India area. Television footage showed a crowd of people smashing the windscreen of a bus, and at least three police cars being flipped over.
Singapore Police Force said the riot started after a fatal traffic accident. "Shortly after, a riot broke out involving a crowd of about 400 subjects where the subjects damaged five police vehicles and one ambulance," it said in a statement, adding that about 10 police officers were injured.
Little India is usually packed with people on Sundays, with many construction workers from Bangladesh and India gathering there to spend their day off.
Incidents like this are rare in Singapore, which has tough laws on rioting that carry a sentence of up to seven years in prison and possible caning.

This incident, which escalated to rioting quite quickly shows the danger of guest workers from the Third World.  Bangladeshi guest workers brought their violent and dangerous culture with them.  Politics and social interaction in Bangladeshi is not based on learned social norms and a general monopoly of violence exercised by the state, but a common feature of Bangladeshi society that is aggravated by Islam.  Here Bangladeshi workers went from relaxing on their day off, to widespread violence in a matter of minutes, and all over a traffic accident.  And violence is the Mexican response to a traffic accident as well.

In this video it is reported than no Singaporeans were rioting, just South Asians.  Also note that the Singapore Police use Gurkhas as riot police.  Don't want to mess with those guys.

Red Chinese Racists

Communist China has a new immigration law, Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, and, like Mexico's immigration laws, it does not tolerate the welfare dependent nor will it threaten Red China's racial make-up.

The Jamestown Foundation China Brief November 22, 2013 by Melissa Lefkowitz
Strike Hard Against Immigration: China’s New Exit-Entry Law
In July of this year, China enacted its first major reform to its immigration policy since 1986. Passed by the National People’s Congress Standing Committee in 2012, the Exit-Entry Administration Law, which has replaced the Law for Foreigners and the Law for Citizens, features harsher penalties for visa overstays and unauthorized work. This new law, along with China’s upcoming revisions to its permanent residency application system, makes abundantly clear the fact that China has little interest in becoming a receiving country for transnational migrants.

And Chinese immigration policy is directed at skilled workers, not family reunification, unless one is Overseas Chinese.  Otherwise forget about getting permanent residency in China.

China’s Nationality Law states that naturalization may be acquired through an application process, under the conditions that the applicants are relatives of Chinese nationals, have settled in China, or have “other legitimate reasons” (Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China, 1980).

Even more significant is that legal permanent residency is not a step to naturalization:

Foreigners can also establish long-term residence in China through a permanent residency permit, otherwise known as the “Chinese green card,” which is not a step toward citizenship.

And obviously, there are few non-Chinese Chinese citizens in China:

However, one would be hard-pressed to find an official permanent resident or naturalized citizen anywhere in the country. Since 2004, when China began granting permanent residency permits to foreigners, only an approximate 5,000 people have been awarded the coveted permit, called the “hardest to get in the world” by the Southern Metropolis Daily (Southern Metropolis Daily, September 6, 2013; China Daily, November 19, 2012, October 17, 2012).

And they are not looking for stoop laborers, the elderly, the mentally ill, criminals or failures:

The low number of permanent resident card holders is in no small part due to the fact that the program was and continues to be geared toward high-level personnel and overseas Chinese: employees who belong to companies that promote China's economic, scientific and technological development, individuals who make relatively large direct investment in China (over $500,000 USD) or have made “outstanding contributions” that are of special importance to China, and relatives of Chinese citizens who plan on residing permanently in China (China Daily, August 21, 2004, October 16, 2006).

Interestingly, the Chinese distinguish between long-term residency, based on employment, and permanent residency, unlike the United States.

According to Qu Yunhai, deputy director of the Entry and Exit Administration Bureau, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are in the process of developing a new draft regulation that will feature lower requirements for green card applicants (China Daily, October 17, 2012). An expert privy to the ministry’s recent activities, Liu Guofu of the Beijing Institute of Technology, has said that the draft regulation will target immigrants in the technology field who have lived in China for ten consecutive years (China Daily, November 19, 2012). Both Qu and Liu’s remarks suggest that even with a relaxation in application requirements, the majority of foreign long-term residents of China will not be considered eligible for permanent residency status.

Just think if an American politician proposed that those allowed in the United States had to have a job and could only stay as long as they were gainfully employed and contributing to American society. There would be hell to pay from even Chinese groups in America.  Turnabout is not fair play with racist groups like La Raza or Chinese for Affirmative Action.

Unlike in the United States, both national and local officials have the authority to arrest, detain, and interrogate aliens suspected of being illegal aliens base merely on suspicion.  Clearly this allows racial profiling, not that there is anything wrong with that.  Aliens may be detained for as long as 60 days without charges.

From the law itself as linked above:

Article 59 Persons suspected of violating the regulations on exit/entry administration may be interrogated on the spot; upon on-the-spot interrogation, the aforesaid persons may be interrogated in continuation in accordance with the law under any of the following circumstances:
(1) Are suspected of illegally exiting or entering China;
(2) Are suspected of assisting others in illegally exiting or entering China;
(3) Are foreigners suspected of illegally residing or working in China; or
(4) Are suspected of endangering national security or interests, disrupting social or public order, or engaging in other illegal or criminal activities.
On-the-spot interrogation and continued interrogation shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures prescribed in the People’s Police Law of the People’s Republic of China.
Where public security organs under local people’s governments at or above the county level or exit/entry border inspection authorities need to summon the persons suspected of violating the regulations on exit/entry administration, they shall handle the matter in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Penalties for Administration of Public Security.
Article 60 Where foreigners involved in any of the circumstances specified in the first paragraph of Article 59 of this Law cannot be cleared of suspicion after on-the-spot interrogation or continued interrogation and therefore need to be further investigated, he may be detained for investigation.
When detaining a foreigner for investigation, the authority concerned shall present a written decision on detention for investigation and shall interrogate the detained foreigner within 24 hours. Where the aforesaid organ finds that a foreigner should not be detained for investigation, it shall immediately release him from detention for investigation.
The period of detention for investigation shall not exceed 30 days; for complicated cases, the period may be extended to 60 days upon approval by the public security organs under the local people’s governments at the next higher level or by the exit/entry border inspection authorities at the next higher level. For foreigners whose nationalities and identities are unknown, the period of detention for investigation shall be calculated from the date when their nationalities and identities are found out.

Instead of having the Chinese construct our government websites, perhaps we can bring in some Chinese H-1Bs to write our new immigration laws.
