Obama Regime Releases Hundreds Of Illegal Aliens

The Obama Regime is expanding its amnesty for illegal aliens.  This time it is illegal aliens who recently crossed the border in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. Worse yet, the illegals were first bused to Phoenix, then released, at a massive cost to the American taxpayer.  Contrary to myth that the recent arrivals in the Rio Grande Valley are children, these illegal aliens were women with children of various ages.

Arizona Central May 29, 2014 by Daniel Gonzalez
Scores Of Undocumented Migrants Dropped Off In Arizona
Scores of undocumented immigrants from Central America have been released at Greyhound Lines Inc. bus stations in Tucson and Phoenix over the past several days after they were flown to Arizona from south Texas, officials acknowledged.
Andy Adame, a spokesman for the Border Patrol in Tucson, confirmed that over the weekend federal officials flew about 400 migrants apprehended in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas to Tucson to be processed. He said the migrants were flown to Arizona because the Border Patrol does not have enough manpower to handle a surge in illegal immigrants in south Texas.

The accompanying raw video and video report show that all the illegal aliens released are overweight adult females and numerous minor children.  Of note, the women are wearing dress type flat shoes and wearing clothing that shows they did not walk across the border.  The clothing is clean and clearly not worn in some trek after crossing the Rio Grande.  It is clear that they were transported across the Rio Grande in rather large boats with the anticipation of quick release.

Leftwing activists admitted that ICE has been releasing large numbers of illegal aliens for months:

Laurie Melrood, a volunteer family advocate in Tucson, said ICE has been dropping off small numbers of migrants at the Greyhound bus station there for about seven months.
But on Monday, she said, ICE dropped off about 70 people, followed by another 90 on Tuesday and at least 60 on Wednesday.

The leftists confirm that the recent releases were all women and children:

She said all of the migrants dropped off this week were women and children. In the past, most were adult men and women.

The left is up in arms though.  They decry the release, but only because the illegal aliens are not getting free transportation to their destination, but have to pay for the bus trip themselves:

"The conditions under which they are released are inadequate and inhumane," she said.
In response, volunteers in Phoenix and Tucson have been going to the bus stations to help the migrants make arrangements to buy bus tickets to travel to relatives in other cities. They also have been providing food, water and other necessities.

ICE admits that it is releasing the illegal aliens who were arrested by the Border Patrol.  Those illegal aliens were not returned to Mexico as they should be.

ICE officials said the migrants being released are families apprehended by the Border Patrol trying to enter the U.S. illegally. After screening, they are being released under supervision and then required to report to a local ICE office near their destination within 15 days.
Their cases will be managed based on ICE enforcement priorities, which focus on removing criminals who pose a threat as well as recent border crossers and immigration violators.

ICE's original policy was that recent illegal entrants were one of their priorities.  However, the release of the illegal aliens shows that recently entered illegal aliens are no longer a priority and ICE will take no action as illegal aliens flood south Texas.

Most will disappear, hoping for amnesty.

But Mehlman at FAIR said that once migrants are released, they often disappear and ICE doesn't go looking for them unless they have criminal records.

Which is true, unless you are a felon, ICE will ignore you, and sometimes ignore you if you are a felon.

ICE's priority appears to be assisting the illegal aliens to get where they want to go:

In response to criticism, the agency started giving migrants sack lunches and allowing them calls to make travel arrangements.

A quick look at the illegals show that they don't need a lunch, as the adults are all obese.

So, ICE's priority appears to be encouraging illegal aliens and obesity.

More Amnesty For Illegal Alien Criminals

This blog reported on the ongoing attempt by radical leftist groups to make more and more areas "no-go" for immigration law enforcement.  Essentially, the left does not want any illegal aliens arrested.  Slowly these radicals imposed their will on immigration enforcement regardless of administration.  First it was churches, then primary and secondary schools, then hospitals, and then colleges and universities.  The list is designed to give sanctuary to illegal aliens where ever they might be, and the list is expanding.  Now courthouses, where illegal aliens go to answer for their criminal act,s are to be one of the "no-go" areas for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations, ICE ERO, something this blog predicted.

NYT May 26, 2014 by Kirk Semple
Advocates Seek to Make Courthouses Off Limits for Immigration Officials
Rosario Socope, a Guatemalan immigrant in the country illegally, had an unwelcome surprise waiting for her when she attended a pretrial hearing on a felony charge at a courthouse in Brooklyn this month. As she stepped out of the courtroom into a public hallway, she was approached by immigration agents seeking to deport her.
As her husband, her social worker and one of her lawyers looked on aghast, the agents hauled her away.

Of course, ICE ERO is only making arrests at courthouses because that is where high priority criminal aliens are found, and given that law enforcement agencies are conspiring to shield illegal aliens, it is a logical place to go to arrest illegal aliens.

The encounter was only the most recent in a long series of such cases across the country that immigrant advocates and politicians say have spread fear of courthouses among immigrants and eroded their willingness to participate in the judicial system, with profound civil rights implications.

There are no "civil rights" implications, as illegal aliens are subject to arrest anywhere they are, including churches, hospitals, schools, and, especially, courthouses.  No law enforcement agency in this country has a "no-go" area for arrests.  Only the Department of Homeland Security practices such a medieval sanctuary policy.

ICE ERO wants to keep this new sanctuary quiet, but nothing satisfies the radical left except complete capitulation, and it appears to be only a matter of time before ICE ERO is forced to publicly acknowledge this new policy.

In March, top officials at the agency updated their guidance for field agents conducting enforcement actions at or near courthouses, Virginia Kice, an agency spokeswoman, said. Agency officials declined to publicly discuss the contents of the new courthouse guidance, saying it was confidential. But officials did not modify the 2011 memo to extend its protections to courthouses.
Ms. Lin said that in a private meeting in March with several top officials from the agency, they told her that under the new guidelines agents would conduct enforcement actions at courthouses only against undocumented immigrants considered top priorities, including those convicted of serious crimes and people deemed a threat to public safety.
All actions would occur in nonpublic areas of the courthouse, the officials said, according to Ms. Lin. The officials also told her that courthouses were “well suited” for detentions because they were safer for the agents than confronting someone in their home where encounters were more likely to escalate into violence.

This policy will be unworkable.  It will be impossible to arrest an illegal alien in a "non-public" area of the courthouse without the cooperation of the Sheriff or court officials, and there will be little or no cooperation from those parties.

The new ICE ERO policy is obviously a fig-leaf for total abandonment of immigration enforcement at courthouses and in the rest of the country.  What will be the next demand? What Chuck Schumer is demanding, complete surrender.

Red Chinese Spies: Another Benefit Of Immigration

A lesson that immigration of STEM graduates is not good for America; it brings espionage, especially Red Chinese espionage.

The New Yorker May 16, 2014 by Yudhijit Bhattacharjee
How The F.B.I. Cracked A Chinese Spy Ring
In the magazine earlier this month, I wrote about Greg Chung, a Chinese-American engineer at Boeing who worked on NASA’s space-shuttle program. In 2009, Chung became the first American to be convicted in a jury trial on charges of economic espionage, for passing unclassified technical documents to China.
While reporting the story, I learned a great deal about an earlier investigation involving another Chinese-American engineer, named Chi Mak, who led F.B.I. agents to Greg Chung. The Mak case, which began in 2004, was among the F.B.I.’s biggest counterintelligence investigations, involving intense surveillance that went on for more than a year.

Both were spies for based on love of China and their Chineseness:

While Chung volunteered his services to China out of what seemed to be love for his motherland, the F.B.I. believed that Mak was a trained operative who had been planted in the U.S. by Chinese intelligence. Beginning in 1988, Mak had worked at Power Paragon, a defense company in Anaheim, California, that developed power systems for the U.S. Navy. The F.B.I. suspected that Mak, who immigrated to the U.S. from Hong Kong in the late nineteen-seventies, had been passing sensitive military technology to China for years.

And they don't assimilate:

His assimilation into American life was limited to the workplace: he and his wife, Rebecca, led a quiet life, never socializing with neighbors. Rebecca was a sullen, stern woman whose proficiency in English had remained poor during her two and a half decades in the United States.

And Chinese spies swim in a sea of fellow immigrants, like Wen Ho Lee:

The agents took pictures of other materials: tax returns, travel documents, and an address book listing Mak’s contacts, including several other engineers of Chinese origin living in California. This is where the F.B.I. first came across the name Greg Chung.

And it runs in the family:

The F.B.I. was also watching Chi Mak’s younger brother, Tai Mak, who had moved to the U.S. from Hong Kong in 2001. Tai was a broadcast engineer for a Hong Kong-based satellite-television channel, Phoenix TV, which is partly owned by the Chinese government. He lived in Alhambra, about twelve miles from Downey, with his wife, Fuk Li, and their two teen-age children, Billy and Shirley.

Immigration has costs, very significant costs.  Certainly too high even it it saves Mark Zuckerberg lots of money.  It makes one wonder about the close connections between Chinese politicians here and Red China.

Man Bites Dog: ICE Bunko Squad Arrests Illegal Aliens

Not intentionally though.  ICE Bunko Squad arrested almost a dozen illegal aliens from Nigeria related on various bunko charges.  Had the gang, known world-wide and locally in New York, as the Yahoo Boys, not been involved in a non-immigration or customs related crime, they would have been ignored by ICE Bunko Squad.

WaPo/Associated Press May 20, 2014
Mississippi-Based Case Nets 16 Arrests On Fraud
JACKSON, Miss. — Sixteen people from several states and other countries have been arrested on charges that they took part in a fraud that used stolen information to get money and goods and then ship them to South Africa and Nigeria, according to documents unsealed in federal court Tuesday.
The charges by the U.S. Attorney’s office filed in Gulfport, Mississippi, against Oluyitan Olagoke of Brooklyn, New York, say he and others were part of the Yahoo Boys, a west African gang. The charges and a related indictment against 17 other people say that the gang would buy bank account information from hackers, steal money, and then send cash or goods to Africa.
The document said people were arrested in South Africa, Canada, California, Wisconsin, Indiana and New York.

And the report confirms that ICE was not investigating immigration or customs violations, but pursuing cases within the jurisdiction of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Secret Service.

Officials said investigators with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement had been investigating the schemes since October 2011, when they were contacted by a Mississippi woman who had been a victim. The indictment cited seven Mississippi residents who had been victims.

But at least ICE Bunko Squad actually arrested an illegal alien.  That is something new for ICE Bunko Squad.  Remember, ICE Bunko Squad only arrested 5,000 illegal aliens in 2013.

Bad Lawyering Behind The Upcoming Expansion Of The Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty

That there is bad lawyering involved in the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty is beyond any doubt.  One need only peruse the Constitution where the President is charged with faithfully executing the laws of the United States.  That does not include ignoring the laws of the United States or selective enforcement of the laws of the United States.  Selective prosecution is prohibited to the President, as is failing to execute the laws of the United States.  However, in the area of immigration law, the left claims that the power of the president is plenary; he can do anything for any reason. That is not true, the President cannot give a benefit without appropriate legislation as authority over immigration and naturalization is granted by the Constitution to the legislative branch of government, not the President.  But nothing like the Constitution will interfere with the expansion of the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty.

NYT May 16, 2014 by Michael Shear and Ashley Parker
In the White House, Debating How Far to Go in Easing Deportations
WASHINGTON — At a recent White House meeting with immigration activists, President Obama told the group his hands were tied. Even if he wanted to halt the deportations of millions of illegal immigrants, the president told the group, he could not do so without congressional approval.
But Mr. Obama has more latitude than he lets on, legal experts say, and he may soon reveal how he intends to use it. Under increasing pressure to slow the pace of deportations from Hispanic supporters who helped get him re-elected in 2012, he has ordered his Homeland Security secretary to make immigration enforcement more humane.

We know however that Obama similarly initially denied publicly that he had the authority to halt deportations of a large number of illegal aliens, the so-called DREAMers, but then he not only halted their deportation in violation of his Oath of Office, but unlawfully and unconstitutionally granted benefits to those same illegal aliens.

Interestingly, leftist lawyers admit that the President cannot give a benefit to illegal aliens, and, for the record, the DREAMers are and remain illegal aliens:

Such changes could affect tens of thousands of people, but they would fall far short of the demands from most immigration activists to address the concerns of the 11 million illegal immigrants in the country. Legal scholars say the White House could also carry out proposals that would remove the fear of deportation and provide work permits for as many as five million illegal immigrants.
“Presidents have pretty much complete discretion when it comes to enforcing criminal and other statutory regimes,” said Peter J. Spiro, who teaches immigration law at Temple University. “President Obama can’t start handing out green cards. Short of that, from a legal perspective, there are no serious constitutional or other legal constraints that apply here.”

But that is what Obama did; not green cards, but he did hand out Employment Authorization Documents (EAD), which are permits authorizing aliens to work legally in the United States.  But like green cards, EADs are only issued to aliens based on laws passed by Congress, not administrative fiat. And there is no statute that authorized that cohort of illegal aliens to be granted EADs.

So there appears to be some cognitive dissonance in the amnesty community.  They stated that the President can't give out green cards, but can give out EADs.  Why is that? There is no law authorizing the President to give out either.  Congress holds all authority over immigration and naturalization. The President has no authority to give out any benefit to an alien unless it is authorized by statute, and there are no statutes authorizing EADs for aliens illegally present, whether they are DREAMers, parents of DREAMers, or parents of U.S. citizens.

It sounds like the left accidentally admitted that the DACA amnesty, as well as all the other Obama Regime amnesties, are illegal and unconstitutional.

More Mexican Voting Fraud, In Texas

Courtesy of the Department of Justice, who oppose voter identification laws.

DOJ Press Release May 5, 2014
Campaign Worker Pleads Guilty to Buying Votes in a Donna, Texas, School Board Election
A campaign worker pleaded guilty today for paying voters to vote in the November 2012 school board election in Donna, Texas, announced Acting Assistant Attorney General David A. O’Neil of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson of the Southern District of Texas.
Diana Balderas Castaneda, 48, of Donna, pleaded guilty to one count of vote-buying before U.S. District Judge Ricardo Hinojosa in the Southern District of Texas.   Sentencing has been scheduled for July 25, 2014.
According to a factual statement read during the plea hearing, a general election was held on Nov. 6, 2012, in Donna for the presidential election, as well as various state, county and local offices, including the Donna School Board.   Balderas assisted in the campaign to elect four candidates to the Donna School Board.   In the course of that work, Balderas knowingly and willfully paid and offered to pay voters for voting in this election.  In addition, at least two campaign managers paid voters in her presence.

Another of the problems that immigration brings.

Latest Baby-Waving For The Criminal Alien Amnesty

Criminal aliens are no longer a "priority" for deportation for the Obama Regime.  Previously deportation of criminal aliens were part of the Obama Regime campaign for amnesty for all other aliens.  But as this blog has shown, the "priority" previously touted to the public was just "boob-bait-for-bubbas," as part of the Regime's plan for amnesty for all illegal aliens, including criminal aliens. The next Obama Regime move on amnesty has been telegraphed in the media, allowing the return of criminal aliens previously deported.  The media is full of heart breaking stories of criminal aliens who had the misfortune of being convicted of crimes and deported.  And always it is so coincidentally their first offense, and they really, truly, did not mean to do it anyway.

Politico April 10, 2014 by Howard Dean Bailey
I Served My Country. Then It Kicked Me Out
I often think about Friday dinners with my family. Every Friday, no matter what, my wife and I took our two children out to eat; it was a ritual we looked forward to all week. We would sometimes try new restaurants, but my children’s favorite was the Olive Garden. My daughter loved to order Shirley Temples and my son always wanted whatever I was having, so I’d order two of the same meal for us.
Those memories feel a world away from where I’m living now, in Trelawny, on Jamaica’s north coast. I’m trying to get a start as a pig farmer, but it’s much harder than I expected. It costs about $200 a week to feed the pigs, and there’s a water shortage so I have to walk about a mile each way to get river water for them. My family in the United States sent me $1,500 to get the business started but now I fear I may lose it all.
Just a few years ago, I had a great life in the Tidewater area of Virginia. I had a wonderful wife who is a glass artist, and our two children were thriving. My trucking business was starting to take off. We were hauling goods from Norfolk’s port to distribution centers for Target and Wal-Mart. My wife and I bought our first house and had money in the bank.

What Bailey gives us is a fairy tale version of his life and how much he contributes to the United States, obviously trying to differentiate himself from the millions of other aliens who live off welfare. And he goes on the minimize what he describes as a "stupid mistake."

I applied to become a U.S. citizen in 2005 and answered all the questions on the application honestly, even admitting to a stupid mistake I’d made years earlier. I passed the written and oral tests and completed the Citizenship and Immigration Services biometrics exam. I waited and waited, and when I called to ask whether there was a problem no one had answers.

Here Bailey hides his crime, minimizing it, hiding it among all the minor issues involved in a citizenship application, written examination, oral examination, and, of course, fingerprinting.
What he does not tell us is that the written and oral examinations are a joke, ten simple questions of which one must get six correct.  Something millions of immigrants manage to do successfully.  All those other immigrants, without criminal convictions, do.  They also all go through the taking of biometrics, which is a photograph and fingerprinting.  It is not an exam.  You do not pass it, except in that the fingerprints and the applicants name are run in the Federal Bureau of Investigation databases of criminal arrests and convictions.  Which tells us Bailey isn't too bright.  He should have left well enough alone.  He brought himself to the attention of the government by applying for citizenship.  He was quite fortunate that he was not deported after he was released for the crime he has yet to describe for the reader of the Politico puff-piece.

I was 17 when I came to New York to join my mother, who had left my siblings, my father and me behind near Kingston while she worked to build a better life for us in the United States. She was a legal permanent resident and worked two jobs as a home health aide, saving money so we could join her. My mom left for the United States in 1985 and came back four years later to get me and my brothers. She’d saved enough money and finished all the paperwork so our family could be reunited. Each of us was able to come to the United States legally with a green card.

Hmmm, Jamaica.  Now what does one associate with Jamaica? Why the Rastafarians and marijuana. And just what was Bailey's "stupid" and quite incredulously singular "mistake?"

After I moved in with Judith, I met another Jamaican guy on the base and we became friendly. We shared a love for the music and the culture of our home country. One day I bumped into him and he asked for a favor. A friend was sending him a couple of packages from New York, he said, and he didn’t have an address other than the base. Could they come to my house? I gave it no thought. Sure, I said. When the boxes arrived one morning, each about the size of a case of beer, I was a little annoyed because I needed to get out the door to school. I called the guy to ask what he wanted me to do with them and he asked me to drop them off. I jotted down the address and tossed the packages in the car, running late already. I was driving toward the city limits when the police pulled me over. I never saw that “friend” again.
The boxes came from California, not New York, and were filled with marijuana. The cops had been tracking the packages. I had never smoked marijuana—still haven’t to this day. I don’t do drugs and rarely drink. But Virginia has always been tough on drug crimes, and the lawyer I hired suggested I take a plea deal: admit to felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and do 15 months in a state work camp rather than go to trial and risk much more. As best I can tell, the other guy was never arrested or charged with anything.

How big a surprise is that.  A virtually unemployed Jamaican, working as a DJ, which probably did not pay the bills for school and living expenses, gets involved in marijuana dealing.  Note how the "friend" is unnamed and how the "friend" did not want his boxes delivered to the base?  Red flag, alarm bells should have been ringing.  Then the boxes are the size of beer cases and undoubtedly reek of the rather pungent smell of marijuana.  Nothing suspicious there.  And just as unlikely is that an under-employed Jamaican just happened to be doing a favor for a Jamaican friend who can't get deliveries because he lives on a Navy base.

Then we have CNN weighing in on Bailey and other deported criminals, who all are veterans.

CNN May 15, 2014 by Leigh Ann Caldwell
Deported Veterans Ask Obama For Relief
Bailey is one of more than 23,000 permanent legal residents who were deported in 2012. The number of veterans is unknown because the Department of Homeland Security says it doesn't keep those records and neither do other government agencies.
But the club is not an exclusive one. For instance, the group Banished Veterans, founded by a deported vet Hector Barajas, is in touch with veterans in 19 countries. He said he knows of six living in Jamaica from the Vietnam War, the Gulf War and the Iraq War.
And he estimates that as many as 30,000 former service members have been deported since 1996, while other groups put the total at several thousand.

There appears to be a sense of entitlement here, alien veterans should not be subject to deportation for their crimes.

Rick Weidman, executive director for policy and government affairs for Vietnam Veterans of America said veterans facing deportation contact his organization for help.
He said he draws a line at helping violent criminals but "to deport an individual after they put their lives on the line, 98 percent of the American people have not done that."

But Bailey did not put his life on the line, he was a Rear Echelon Mother Fucker (REMF), in the rear with the gear.

After graduating from high school in New York, Bailey did a four-year stint as a communications specialist in the Navy, serving in the first Gulf War and traveling around the world -- to Egypt, Italy, Israel and Spain. He was one of thousands serving in the early 1990s who weren't U.S. citizens.

I checked Wikipedia, there have been no U.S. combat action in Israel, Egypt, or Spain, and combat operations in Italy ended long before the 1990s, and, except for late unpleasantness with the USS Liberty, but that was in the 60s.

Of course, the solution is more "discretion" in deciding who gets deported, but there is no "discretion" for criminal aliens.  Only an illegal and unconstitutional Administrative Amnesty can help criminal aliens as the removal of criminal aliens is mandated by law.

And the plan is for the Obama Regime to bring back these criminals:

Alisa Wellek with the Immigrant Defense Project, who is currently representing Bailey, said Obama should address the issue of tens of thousands of legal permanent residents being deported each year.
"The Obama administration has the power to exercise discretion and provide deportation relief in cases like Howard's, and should do so without any further delay," she said.

That demand is clear enough, much like the first demand for the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty.

RINOs Plotting Betrayal

It appears that RINOs have a plan for betraying the base during the summer and destroying their own ability to take back the Senate and likely loosing the House.  The treason is of course led by a foreign born RINO.

First, Raul Labrador, RINO from an otherwise unoccupied part of the country, has proposed repealing the centerpiece of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 by ending temporary bars to legal immigration by aliens with a year or more of illegal presence in the United States.

The Washington Times May 8, 2014 by Seth McLaughlin
Republicans Look To Loosen Penalties On Illegal Immigrants
Republican Rep. Raul Labrador on Thursday offered a potential immigration deal to the White House, saying the GOP would agree to loosen penalties on illegal immigrants if President Obama would agree to increase visas for foreigners who work in high-tech fields.
Mr. Labrador suggested dropping the penalty period that bars illegal immigrants from reapplying to enter the U.S. legally after being deported, a period that now lasts for between three and 10 years, depending on how long they had first remained in the country illegally.

And Labrador has a deal with Democrats on this.  And as part of that deal Americans will get nothing, but Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg will get more cheap labor.

He said in return for dropping the bars, Democrats should agree to boost legal immigration by granting green cards to foreigners who graduate from American universities with advanced degrees in the fields of science, engineering, math or technology.
Democrats have said they support that change, and indeed this week the Department of Homeland Security took unilateral steps to try to make it easier to approve visas for some high-skilled foreign workers.

Notice how there is no deal.  In exchange for legalizing 25% of the illegal aliens in the United States, a RINO thinks a deal is even more immigration.  There is no real deal, such as ending chain migration.

In the second aspect of abject surrender, Mick Mulvaney, RINO from soon to be Democrat South Carolina if his amnesty project wins, advocates amnesty for the 20 million illegal aliens in lieu of the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty.

US News & World Report May 8, 2014 by Lauren Fox
Republicans Believe Obama Will Stop Deportations Without Them
Some Republicans, like Rep. Mick Mulvaney, R-S.C., says a unilateral action would undo a lot of trust he has personally acquired back home with the base.
“Everyone recognizes he doesn’t have authority,” says Mulvaney, R-S.C., who stands in contrast against other tea party members as an immigration reform advocate in the House.
Mulvaney has spent the last several months traveling through his district, holding Spanish-language town halls and pushing for reform. He says in his district, people are starting to come around. Driving through rural Darlington County Monday, Mulvaney remarked over the phone that if the president acts, it will undermine the good faith effort many Republicans have been trying to build back home.
In rural and agricultural pockets of the country, the economic and moral arguments for immigration reform are beginning to take hold. Farmers increasingly need workers to do jobs that many Americans aren’t willing to do. In churches, leaders in faith communities have started pushing their congregations to look at immigrants through a different lens and extend compassion instead of judgment. Mulvaney believes that in time, he has been able to convince even some of his most conservative constituents to agree that many of the 11 million immigrants living in the U.S. illegally, deserve a second chance to get legal status.
“People are willing to accept the fact that the current system is broken. What you have is effectively amnesty anyway right now,” Mulvaney says.

So, the solution to the illegal and unconstitutional Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty is to surrender to Obama's threat and pass his legal amnesty.

Thanks for nothing RINOs.

Electing A New People In India

It is not just America where traitorous politicians are seeking to elect a new people.  The Congress Party in India is on the skids and is currently heavily dependent on Muslim bloc voting to maintain power, this despite the fact that for years Muslims have been waging a terrorist war on the Indian people and the Indian State.  Congress is so desperate it is now using Muslim illegal aliens in Assam to replace low caste and Scheduled Tribes who are Hindu in order to maintain power in the current desperate fight by Congress against the imminent victory by Narendra Modi, the Hindu nationalist leader of the opposition BJP Party in ongoing elections that will chose a new prime minister.

Muslim Illegal Immigration in India Sparks Violent Resistance
For years, Bodos and other tribal groups have been complaining bitterly that the government’s refusal to stop massive infiltration by Bangladeshi Muslims is destroying both their culture and the arboreal environment that is so much a part of it.  While in the areas, I watched as Bangladeshis crossed into Assam brazenly in broad daylight with no action by the Indian Border Security Forces who were supposed to stop them.  One border guard told locals who were protesting the illegal migrants that their protests were futile and would earn them nothing but opposition from "higher ups.”  “Our hands are tied,” he told them.  The guards were nowhere to be found until I photographed the border’s massive gaps and two of them tried (unsuccessfully) to seize my camera.

America is not the only country with a ruling class that despises the very people they rule.  The Congress Party and the Obama Regime certainly have a strategy of not enforcing immigration laws as part of their effort to elect a new people.

People Of The Gun Hating On The White Man

Gun blogger Robert Farago says he supports the Second Amendment, but unfortunately he is aligning supporters of the Second Amendment with groups that oppose the Second Amendment. Farago is the Marco Rubio of the gun rights movement.  He thinks white is bad and that bringing in more non-whites will save the Second Amendment as Rubio thinks that more Mexicans in the Republican Party will guarantee more tax cuts and victory on the cultural issues.  Stupid is as stupid does.  Are the People of the Gun dumb enough to think that blacks and Hispanics will save the Second Amendment?

The Truth About Guns April 25, 2014 by Robert Farago
Question of the Day: How Can the NRA Become Less White?
As far as I can tell, I’m the only African American at the NRA’s national convention. And I’m white. Not to put too fine a point on it, Indianapolis has just become the Old Fat White Guy center of the universe. While I have nothing against OWFGs – some of my best contributors are OWFGs – the battle to defend and extend firearms freedom lies elsewhere. The urban cores are where it’s going down, conurbations where minority voters hold sway. If the NRA wants to seal the deal, to put gun rights beyond reproach (where the U.S. Constitution places them), they need to attract blacks, asians and hispanics. So . . . how? How does the arctic-colored civil rights organization get minorities to come in out of the cold?

Never mind Farago's stereotyping whites as old and fat.  There are no statistics to support that.  In fact, Hispanics and blacks are much more obese than whites.  But I guess Farago would not go to that stereotype, which is true, because he fears being labeled racist for telling the truth, but instead tells a lie in an attempt to gain some street cred among the race hustlers like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, who support gun control.

I guess old, fat, black guy, or old, fat, Hispanic guy just don't roll of the tongue well enough for Farago.  And it should be noted that Mexico is the world's fattest country.  Farago should also check out this study that shows blacks and Hispanics overwhelmingly support gun control, reflecting how they vote for political candidates who support gun control.

The real solution to the Second Amendment is for People of the Gun to double down on white voters and to get in the game on the immigration issue, supporting restrictions on Third World immigration and a second Operation Wetback to remove the Hispanic threat to the Second Amendment.

MISSOULA, Mont. — Teenagers call it garage hopping. The goal was to sneak into an open garage, steal some beer or other items and slip away into the night. It was dumb and clearly illegal. It was not supposed to be deadly.
Around midnight on April 27, a 17-year-old exchange student from Germany named Diren Dede left the host home where he played Xbox and drained cans of Sprite to set off with a friend through his dark hillside neighborhood. They passed a home whose garage door hung partially open. Using a cellphone for light, Mr. Dede headed in.

Interestingly, Dede is not German, but Turkish.

The son of Turkish immigrants, he often talked about straddling two cultures, and would listen to German hip-hop and Turkish pop music on his phone.

And he was burglarizing Americans with another exchange student from Equador.

They did not see who was in the garage until it was all over, Mr. Ryan said. The friend accompanying Mr. Dede that night, an exchange student from Ecuador, stayed outside the home.

And the host parents of the criminals blames the victim:

Mr. Dede’s host parents, Mr. Smith and Kate Walker, who say they have never locked their doors and have never been burglarized, have spent the last week grieving for a 17-year-old who had begun to feel like a family member. They said they could not fathom why anyone would feel compelled to open fire.

“Whatever happened to turning the lights on and yelling, ‘Hey kids, go home’?” Mr. Smith said.

Ms. Walker added, “Or closing the garage door?”

Time to remove Third Worlders from the foreign exchange program. And insist that host families not allow their exchange students to engage in crime.

Tale Of Two Canadians

Two Canadian drug users.  This blog has reported that Canadian Justin Bieber, a criminal and drug user, has been allowed to enter and remain in the United States despite the fact that immigration law prohibits drug users from entering or remaining in the United States. Now another Canadian drug user is in the news.  Toronto Mayor Rob Ford was refused entry to the United States, presumably because he is a drug user.

Rob Ford 'Turned Back' From US On Way To Rehab
Toronto Mayor Rob Ford turned back after landing in the US last week, shortly after he announced he was entering rehab, say media reports.
The Canadian consulate said he "voluntarily withdrew" his request to enter the US after talks with border officials in Chicago.
His lawyer and brother have said he is now in treatment for substance abuse, but they refused to say where.
Mr Ford admitted to using crack cocaine in a "drunken stupor" last year.

The article stated that Ford "voluntarily withdrew" his "request" to enter the United States.  The technical term is that he withdrew his application for admission and signed U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Form I-275.  But the reason he withdrew his application for admission is that Ford was informed that he would be refused admission and would either be removed by expedited removal or placed in removal proceedings before an administrative judge in the Executive Office For Immigration Review (EOIR).  Given those options, Ford obviously decided it would be better for his political career to just go back to Canada and get drug treatment there.

The problem is why Ford, the drug user, was refused admission by CBP, and why Bieber was allowed to enter the United States despite being caught by CBP in a plane that was filled with marijuana smoke?  It does tell us that the Obama Regime has been administering immigration law in a manner that is inconsistent with the law itself.

Obama Regime Proposed Changes To Deportation Out

Not from the Regime itself, but through a stand-in as before.  This blog related that the Obama Regime originally signaled the creation of the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty through a cut out, the Treason Bar.  This time while not formally part of the Treason Bar, lawyers are at the forefront of the proposed expansion of the Administrative Amnesty, this time from the execrable Doris Meissner and Marc Rosenblum at the Migration Policy Institute (MPI).  Meissner is a former Commissioner of the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) and herself the author of an administrative amnesty while Commissioner.  Interesting, in that memorandum Meissner stated that the legacy INS cannot grant an alien a benefit for which the alien does not qualify, in the report from the MPI that she authored, she claims that there is no restriction on offering any benefit to any alien.  Also of interest is that in the new MPI report, Meissner refers to aliens as "non-citizens."  This exemplfies her either shocking ignorance of immigration law for one who was once Commissioner of the INS or her casual disregard for the law, the latter the most likely.  Any reader of this blog knows that one can be either an American citizen or national, as nationals of the United States are those born in American Samoa and the Swains Island.  Nationals are not always citizens, but all citizens are also nationals is something one learned early on in basic training with the INS.  It appears that instead of using the proper term to refer to all persons who are neither citizens or nationals of the United States, aliens, is a deliberate effort to use the softer and more confusing term "non-citizen" to mean an "alien" as defined in the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended.

While much of the MPI report is meant to deceive, such as its claim that deportation of aliens is increasing while in fact deportations are collapsing, there is one section where the report is telegraphing the Obama Regime's plans to expand the Administrative Amnesty.

As an aside, I would like to point out that the authors recognize that the Regime has been exposed and admit that the Regime has an "administrative amnesty."  (See page 8) I would also like to thank Meissner and Rosenblum for using a term this blog introduced into the immigration debate, but also condemn them for failing to credit the Federale blog with creating this term as is now widely used in the immigration debate.

The Deportation Dilemma: Reconciling Tough and Humane Enforcement
C. Executive Actions
With the immigration debate deadlocked in Congress for nearly a decade...the most likely avenue for near term changes to deportation policies and outcomes is through executive branch actions.

The report then lists four areas where the Regime is urged to take action: 1) expand the amnesty for criminal aliens and expand the list of aliens labeled as not "priorities" for deportation , 2) stop arresting illegal aliens and expand the immigration court amnesty, 3) end any program that supports immigration enforcement such as Secure Communities and expedited removal, as well as end prosecution of criminal violations of immigration law, and 4) expand the Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals (DACA) to other groups of illegal aliens.

All these are outside the law, something that Meissner eventually admits, citing the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRAIRA) as both the driver of increased deportations since 1993, but also as expressing the will and intent of Congress on the issue.
A key goal of IIRAIRA was to constrain judicial discretion in most cases...Congress viewed those limits on discretionary relief as important tools for strengthening enforcement two decades ago.

Shock in that Meissner has such contempt for the Constitution and the laws of the United States, something she swore to uphold when she was Commissioner.

But what is clear is that the Regime will be implementing the expansion of the Administrative Amnesty over a broad area encompassing criminal aliens, lessening enforcement at the border and the interior, expanding illegal programs like DACA, and ending programs like expedited removal and Secure Communities.
