Nothing For Trump In Protecting DACA Recipients

Illegal aliens in this country are basically vile people, and Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals (DACA) illegals are the worst of the lot.  They arrogantly claim to be Americans and demand that they be accommodated for the sole reason their parents are criminals.  Examples are too many to site, but this writer reported on illegal alien Raymond Partolan, who decries Americans as racists and insults President Trump, presenting himself as a professional Asian and eternal victim, yet still obsessed with his failed country.

And every day, one reads of another example of the Arrogant Illegal Alien.  This time, a Mexican illegal in Detroit who claims that President Trump can't break up her family, Jasmine Lomeli.

Her eyes welling up, a 28-year-old mother of three in Detroit said she was worried that her life in America could end as President Donald Trump pledged this week to crack down on immigration.
"We're afraid," said Jasmine Lomeli, 28, a native of Mexico who came to the U.S. in 2002 as a teen with her parents. "We don't know what's going to happen. ... I don't know if I will be separated from my kids."
Lomeli's fears echo throughout Michigan, where many undocumented immigrants and their children worry after Trump announced on Wednesday executive orders that crack down on them and punish cities that seek to protect them. Lomeli's parents came to the U.S. without legal permission, bringing Lomeli along when she was 14-year-old.
Today she is the mother of three children, ages 10, 8, and 4, all born in the U.S. Lomeli is a DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) recipient, a program created under President Barack Obama that allowed her to work and stay legally in the U.S.  DACA spares her from worrying about being deported and separated from her kids or about doing basic tasks such as driving. Many undocumented immigrants fear being pulled over by law enforcement and then later deported.

Not mentioned is the father of Lomeli's children, something unusual, as a broken family is a common tactic of the Lying Press to engender sympathy for illegal aliens.  It appears Lomeli is a trampy single mother, sleeping around with different baby daddies, undoubtedly raking in quite a bit in welfare.

Also not mentioned is that her deportation would not separate her from her family.  Nothing would stop her from bringing her children with her back to Mexico.  Something so obvious, but the dishonest Warikoo doesn't point out the obvious, nor inquire with Lomeli about that option.

Worse yet, Lomeli doesn't even have the decency to ask Americans from mercy, but demands we accommodate her and her criminal behavior.

But she and others are determined to fight back.  On Thursday, she joined a wide range of immigrant and minority groups who spoke out against Trump's executive orders, saying the orders unfairly target immigrants and Muslims. They gathered in Detroit at the office of Michigan United, an advocacy group.
"We're here to stay," Lomeli said. "We're going to fight to stop discrimination against people. ... I'm going to fight for my children."

Neither Lomeli nor Warikoo explain what discrimination she is talking about.  How is deporting illegal aliens discrimination?

Any accomodation of Lomeli or other illegal aliens will not be good for Trump or other Republicans in the future.  Lomeli is a Democrat voter, either illegally now, or legally in the future.  But it appears that the Trump Administration will be committing it's first mistake by not immediately ending DACA.

A draft memorandum circulating appears to show the Trump Administration will stop further issuance of DACA protection, but allow current DACA recipients to keep what their employment authorization until that document expires.  This despite the finding that DACA and Deferred Action For Parents of Americans (DAPA) orders were illegal.

Two programs...unlawfully provide illegal aliens with affirmative benefits, such as lawful presence, work authorization, access to the Social Security Trust Fund, and access to the Earned Income Tax Credit.
These programs violate the separation of powers inherent in the Constitution, by usurping Congress's plenary power to "establish a Uniform Rule of Naturalization"... and violate the President's obligation under Article II, Section 3 to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed."

The memorandum does not square the circle, finding that DACA and DAPA are illegal and unconstitutional, but then allow illegal aliens to enjoy two years or so of employment and welfare in the United States.  Though it is determined that those illegal aliens will no longer benefit from parole of any type, which the Obama Regime has been giving to illegal aliens with DACA so they can travel, then return to the United States and adjust their status to legal permanent resident.

These DACA beneficiaries hate Trump and America.  They should instead be placed at the head of the line for deportation.
