As if on cue, USCIS provided yet again the imperative to the necessity for swift action by President Trump. On December 6, 2016, USCIS had the sixth annual USCIS Ombudsman Conference. And the dregs of the Treason Bar and illegal aliens advocates were invited.
As evidence of their malicious intent towards Trump and immigration law enforcement, note the subtitle of the conference:
Government and Stakeholders Working Together to Improve Immigration Services
Here the management of USCIS describes the Treason Bar and illegal alien advocacy groups as stakeholders in immigration law enforcement and the administration of immigration benefits. Neither the Treason Bar nor groups that support illegal aliens, both of which support benefit fraud openly, is a stakeholder in the administration of immigration benefits. Left out, of course, were groups that oppose and expose immigration fraud. USCIS has been completely captured by a constituency, illegal aliens and those who advocate for illegal aliens.
As further evidence, note one of the top items at the conference was the illegal usurpation of the law by providing waivers of inadmissibility to illegal aliens using standards that violate the letter and the intent of the law restricting such waivers.
The World of Provisional Immigrant Waivers
Location: Jefferson Conference Room
Moderator: Peggy Gleason
Speakers: Robert Blackwood and Roselyn Brown-Frei, USCIS; Susan Schreiber, CLINIC;
Joel Nantais, DOS; Phill Slattery, NVC
Since its inception in 2013, the I-601A Provisional Waiver program has grown to approximately 50,000 applications per year. Current changes will expand the volume and eligibility criteria even further. This panel will discuss how both USCIS and the Department of State (DOS) have developed the program to date and explain new developments in USCIS guidance. The panelists will also describe interagency communication between USCIS and DOS in this process, and the impact on stakeholders of the program.
[Office Of The Citizenship And Immigration Services Ombudsman Sixth Annual Conference Agenda, USCIS, December 6, 2016]
Fortunately President Trump can end this nonsense immediately since such pandering to illegal aliens and their paid advocates, mostly paid by tax dollars, is an administrative decision. Instead, President Trump can order USCIS and the Ombudsman to take a different attitude; one of hostility to immigration fraud, one of support for immigration law enforcement, and most importantly, one of not colluding with those who support illegal aliens and work with those illegal aliens to remain in the United States. Note that his is the sixth conference. All the conferences and the collusion with illegal alien advocates was started under Barack Hussein Obama and is part of the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty.
This policy and action of supporting illegal immigration can end tomorrow. I pray that Kris Kobach will be somewhere in the DHS executive suite to help end the support USCIS gives to illegal aliens. President Trump, America's lonely eyes turn to you in our hour of need. Pray give us succor!
