U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Special Victims Unit (ICE SVU), not to be confused with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) which is charged with enforcing the immigration laws of the United States, but does not, has found a new priority, underwear manufactures and pimping for the Major League Baseball (MLB).

The underwear police, aka the Department of Homeland Security, raided Birdies Panties in Kansas City earlier this week. The store’s offense? Selling underwear with a K connecting with a C on the rear.
The Kansas City Royals also embrace such a design concept, so the feds, at the behest of Major League Baseball, showed up in the shop.
“They came in and there were two guys,” Peregrine Honig told the Kansas City Star. “I asked one of them what size he needed and he showed me a badge and took me outside. They told me they were from Homeland Security and we were violating copyright laws.”
With millions of illegal aliens in the United States, it is clear that ICE SVU should be attending to other business, but it appears that ICE SVU is ignoring the Constitution and the laws of the United States.
Worse yet, a review of the panties in question do not show a clear copyright laws. The fact that no arrest was made shows that there was no crime. ICE SVU appears to have sold itself to the NFL and Hollywood.
For the record, this is close, but not quite the Kansas City Royals copyright:
