Convictions In the San Bernardino Terrorist Case

Immigration fraud convictions continue in the San Bernardino terrorism case.  The Muslim terrorists who murdered dozens in San Bernardino were involved in a wide immigration fraud ring centering around Sayed Farook's family.

(Reuters) - The Russian-born wife of the California man accused of supplying guns used by another couple who killed 14 people in San Bernardino pleaded guilty on Thursday to federal immigration fraud charges, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
Mariya Chernykh, 26, became the second person convicted in an immigration fraud scheme linked to the December 2015 massacre by Syed Rizwan Farook and his Pakistani-born wife, Tashfeen Malik, who authorities said were inspired by Islamic extremism.
The man she admitted paying to marry her, Enrique Marquez Jr., is charged with furnishing two assault rifles used in the shooting rampage by Farook, a U.S. native of Pakistani descent, and Malik, whom he married in 2014 in Saudi Arabia.

What has not happened as yet, is a decision by the United States Attorney for the Central District of California as the the indictment of Irene Martin, former Field Office Director, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and now promoted to Deputy District Director for the Los Angeles District Office, USCIS, as to prosecution for lying to Special Agents of the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General, who investigated her attempts at sabotaging the investigation by the FBI and Homeland Security of the San Bernardino terrorists by withholding records.

Irene Martin, Traitor And Liar

Susan Cuda, Saboteur And Terrorist Sympathizer

Attorney General-Designate Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III, once confirmed, needs to see that Martin is prosecuted.

Additionally, USCIS has taken no action against Martin and three other USCIS employees who acted to assist Martin in keeping records from DHS and FBI investigators, Susan Cuda, Carolyn Muzyka, and an unknown attorney at USCIS' Office of Chief Counsel.  The bureaucrats at USCIS hate America and President Trump.  USCIS considers itself the lobby for illegal aliens and alien terrorists.

It is disturbing that Secretary John Kelly has not taken any action against such employees.  He has the authority to fire all the employees involved.

You can contact the U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California, Eileen M. Decker at (213) 894-2400, and inquire as to why Martin is not being prosecuted for violating Title 18 United States Code, Section 1001, False Statements.

You can also contact John Roth, Inspector General, Department of Homeland Security, at (202) 254-4100, and ask him why the referral from the DHS OIG to Eileen Decker has not been accepted for criminal prosecution.
